1 Sectin F Pwer Outlets Each cmmunicatins equipment rack shall be fed frm tw independent tray munted twist lck L-20R single receptacles. Each such receptacle shall be fed frm a dedicated circuit. Refer the IT telecmmunicatins and Systems dcument fr detailed specificatins. See Prest subsectin under Fare Handling Systems sectin fr pwer requirements. Prvide a minimum f three (3) nrmal pwer 5-20R 120 V duplex receptacles, pwered frm three dedicated circuits, fr maintenance and identified as such. These receptacles shall be wall munted and nt lcated n cable tray r cable ladders, as nt t be cnfused with cmmunicatin-dedicated receptacles. Prvide a pwer bar fr the equipment munted n the plywd backbard. Each cnnectin n the pwer bar shall have nameplates t prvide pwer tracing ease. The pwer bar shall be a multi-utlet raceway. All equipment cnnecting t the pwer bar shall have nameplates indicating mdel, capacity, and electrical data. Install equipment in accrdance with manufacturer s recmmendatins. Illuminatin Lighting Design This sectin addresses interir and exterir illuminatin and lighting design strategy fr GO site and building facilities. The intent is t prvide gd unifrm quality lighting design strategy that meets the lcatins applicatin. The Lighting design strategy shall be applied as a sequential verlay f Guiding Principles; fllwed by lighting design cnsideratins, lighting typlgy applicatins and selectin criteria and individual lighting design requirements. They shall take int cnsideratin the aging ppulatin and the needs fr accessibility f all grups (e.g. CNIB recmmendatins) Illuminatin systems shall require minimal maintenance, and shall be energy efficient and readily accessible, designed fr passenger safety and security Illuminatin shall be designed t prvide visual cmfrt and mini- mum glare fr GO staff and passengers.
