It is a unique machine that cmbines the simplicity f an intermittent mtin autmatic lad infeed system, with a high efficiency dual actin prduct lader t achieve prductin rates f up t 60 cartns per minute. The hrizntal end lader design uses tw lad rams t sweep prducts frm the infeed bucket t the cartn. This sweeping actin is very gentle n the prduct as each lad ram has nearly the whle cycle time t mve the prduct int the cartn, making it suitable fr even the mst delicate prduct. The infeed is intermittent mtin and easily lends itself t a range f ur ecnmical PAKSMART prduct cllatin and transfer systems. Fr greater efficiency and size range the PC60 cmes with a rtary pick and place erectr t prgressively pen the cartn ver the machine cycle. The PC60 features a hygienic stainless steel frame with debris fall thrugh design, quick size change and a unique ne tuch in-feed cnveyr bucket adjustment taking nly secnds. Upn start-up the cartn machine will index until bth cartn and prduct are at the lad statin. The cartn is erected via the intermittent mtin pick and place rtary erectr at statin 1. Prduct is indexed thrugh the in-feed cnveyr t the lad statin 2. Once this is achieved a lad cycle will ccur. The PC60 will index again until anther lad cnditin is met prducing a lad cycle. The fllwing statins 3 and 4 clse bth dust flaps and statin 5 plughs the tab clsure t pre break it fr final tucking in statins 6 and 7. The last statin 8 mves this clsed cartn t the discharge cnveyr.
