Yes, preliminary concept design documents are attached to this RFQ Question and Answer document.. It is my understanding that BGSU may have a list of pre-qualified hazardous material consultants. If so, would A/E firms submitting qualifications need to include a hazardous material consultant on their teams A. BGSU does not have a pre-qualified list of hazardous material consultants. A/E firms submitting qualifications shall include a hazardous material consultant on their team.. What is the delivery method selected for the University Hall project Both General Contracting and Construction Manager (Advisor) are listed. A. The primary means to deliver this project is single-prime General Contracting. BGSU is considering engaging a CM(a) to assist with estimating, planning and procurement. Also, in addition to a General Contractor, the project will procure early abatement and demolition contracts for this Work to commence in January Part B scope of services paragraphs and 4 seem redundant. Which paragraph takes precedence A. Yes, in re-reading the document there are redundancies between the two paragraphs. Paragraph takes precedence. 5.
