LOS ANGELES UNFED SCHOOL DSTRCT (LAUSD) 14. That prir t the issuance f any demlitin r grading permit r any ther permit allwing site preparatin andr cnstructin activities n the site, satisfactry arrangements shall be made with the Ls Angeles Unified Schl District, implementing the measures fr demlitin and cnstructin. The prject site is lcated n the pedestrian and bus rutes fr students attending Prt f Ls Angeles High Schl. Therefre, the applicant shall make timely cntact fr crdinatin t safeguard pedestriansmtrists with the LAUSD Transprtatin Branch, phne n. (213) , and the principals r designees f Prt f Ls Angeles High Schl. (MM)

The develper shall btain schl walk and bus rutes t the schls frm either the administratrs r frm the LAUSD s Transprtatin Branch (213) and guarantee that safe and cnvenient pedestrian and bus rutes t the schl be maintained. Haul rute scheduling shall be sequenced t minimize cnflicts with pedestrians, schl buses and cars at the arrival and dismissal times f the schl day. Haul rute trucks shall nt be ruted past the schl during perids when schl is in sessin especially when students are arriving r departing frm campus. f. LADBS shall assign specific haul rute hurs f peratin based upn Prt f Ls Angeles High Schl hurs f peratin. DEPARTMENT OF WATER AND POWER 15. Satisfactry arrangements shall be made with the Ls Angeles Department f Water and Pwer (LADWP) fr cmpliance with LADWP s Water System Rules and requirements. Upn cmpliance with these cnditins and requirements, LADWP s Water Services Organizatin will frward the necessary clearances t the Bureau f Engineering. (This cnditin shall be deemed cleared at the time the City Engineer clears Cnditin N. S-1.(c).) BUREAU OF LGHTNG 16. f new street light(s) are required, then prir t the recrdatin f the final map r issuance f the Certificate f Occupancy (C f O), street lighting imprvement plans shall be submitted fr review and the wner shall prvide a gd faith effrt via a ballt prcess fr the frmatin r annexatin f the prperty within the bundary f the develpment int a Street Lighting Maintenance Assessment District. That satisfactry arrangements be made in accrdance with the requirements f the nfrmatin Technlgy Agency t assure that cable televisin facilities will be installed in the same manner as ther required imprvements. Refer t the LAMC Sectin N. Written evidence f such arrangements must be submitted t the nfrmatin Technlgy Agency, 200 Nrth Main Street, 12th Flr, Ls Angeles, CA 90012, DEPARTMENT OF RECREATON AND PARKS 19. That the Quimby fee be based n the RD ZONE. (MM) URBAN FORESTRY DVSON AND THE DEPARTMENT OF CTY PLANNNG 20. Prir t the issuance f a grading permit, a plt plan prepared by a reputable tree expert, indicating the lcatin, size, type, and cnditin f all existing trees n the site shall be submitted fr apprval by the Department f City Planning. All trees in the public right-f-way shall be prvided per the current Urban Frestry Divisin standards. All significant (8-inch r greater trunk diameter, r cumulative truck diameter if multi-trunked, as measured 54 inches abve the grund) nn-prtected trees n the site prpsed fr remval shall be replaced at a 1:1 rati with a minimum 24- inch bx tree, and t the satisfactin f the Advisry Agency. Prir t the recrdatin f the final map, the subdivider shall prepare and execute a Cvenant and Agreement (Planning Department General Frm CP-6770) in a manner satisfactry t the Planning Department, binding the subdivider and all successrs t the fllwing: a. A revised site plan shall shw the lcatin f the cmmn, shared trash and recycling bins and be t the satisfactin f the Advisry Agency. Prir t recrdatin f the final map, the final map shall be revised as necessary t shw an area designated fr a cmmn, shared trash and recycling bin. k. A Maintenance Assciatin shall be frmed, cmpsed f all prperty wners, t maintain all cmmn areas such as trees, landscaping, trash, parking, cmmunity driveway, walkways, mnthly service fr private fire hydrant (if required), etc. Each wner and future prperty wners shall autmatically becme members f the assciatin and shall be subject t a prprtinate share f the maintenance. The Maintenance Assciatin shall be recrded as a Cvenant and Agreement t run with the land. The Traffic Bureau f the Ls Angeles Plice Department shall be ntified prir t the start f hauling ( ). f. Streets shall be cleaned f spilled materials at the terminatin f each wrk day. 9- The final apprved haul rutes and all the cnditins f apprval shall be available n the jb site at all times. h. The wner r cntractr shall keep the cnstructin area sufficiently dampened t cntrl dust caused by grading and hauling, and at all times prvide reasnable cntrl f dust caused by wind. i. J- k. Hauling and grading equipment shall be kept in gd perating cnditin and muffled as required by law. All lads shall be secured by trimming, watering r ther apprpriate means t prevent spillage and dust. All trucks are t be watered at the jb site t prevent excessive blwing dirt.. All trucks are t be cleaned f lse earth at the jb site t prevent spilling.
