He sleeve and turn lace t right side f sleeve t fr a cuff. 7. Tack dwn each lace pint with a tiny pearl. 8. Pin petticat bdice neck t the dress neck with right sides tgether. Lace cllar will be sandwiched between the dress and petticat bdice. Stitch tgether using a 3S sea allwance. Sew anther rw f stitching S up and tri clse. Edgestitch the neck sea allwance t the petticat near the neck sea edge. 9. Turn petticat inside the dress. Tri petticat arscye sea allwance t 4 Turn under 4 and press clipping where necessary and hand stitch t the dress arscye. 20. Turn in sea allwance n petticat back pin and hand stitch t zipper sea allwance. 2. Sew sall hk and eye at the neck if necessary. 22. Sew lace he tape t the dress skirt edge. Turn under a 2 2 fabric he and blind stitch in place. Stea dress if needed. 23. Place Satin ribbn at waist and tack t dress at underann side seas. Tie in a bw at center back waistline. Matching ntches pin r baste the finished scked sleeve cap t the annscye. Set sleeves and tri the sea t 4. Overcast the edge f the sea with a serge r zigzag stitch. View 2 Sleeve - Mark and sewall darts and baste darts in the directin f the arrws as indicated n the pattern. Match ntches pin and sew sleeve t annscye. 6. Sew sleeve underann seas and dress side seas. PETTCOAT CONSTRUCTON: 7. Sew frnt and back bdice tgether at the shulder seas and side seas. Press seas pen. Sewaside. S. Sew skirt center back sea leaving the tp 3 pen. Press sea pen.. Sew lace he tape t btt edge f skirt. Turn under a 2 fabric he and press. 2. Unfld pressed he and tp stitch Venetian lace t the skirt with the tips f the lace even with the pressed he edge. 3. Then cver the tp edge f the Venetian lace with 4 satin ribbn and stitch in place. Fld he back in place and hand stitch. Sew a sall ribbn bw t the tp f the center back he. LACE COLLAR & CUFFS CONSTRUCTON: 4.
