Se secnd side in the sae anner. 21. WRST se the center back skirt sea. Press sea OPEN. Finish skirt btt by serging r se a 1S he. 22.Se t rs f stretchable lace binding arund the slip skirt fr the casings leave at least 111 unsen n each side f the center back sea. See pattern fr lace placeent. 23.WRST se skirt t bdice leaving the bdice lining free. Then turn under the edge f the bdice lining and hip stitch t the bdice and skirt sea. 24.Drp dn 3S fr the lace heading and se t rs f gathering stitches n the 134 ide flat lace. Pull up gathers t fit the skirt btt. Psitin lace n tp f the skirt btt and stitch t skirt seing beteen the t rs f gathering stitches. 25.1nsert 33 f bning in the tp casing and 50 f bning in the btt casing. 26.0verlap the bning ends abut 1112 turn under the fabric cvering at each end and hand stitch the cvering n bth sides and the ends f the verlap. SEE DAGRAM Finish seing the lace fr the casing turning under the lace ends and butting the ends tgether. Clse the lace pening ith hip stitch. Scting the bning verlap aay fr the center back pening ill ake seing the casing lace ends uch easier. Finish bth casings in this anner. 2S.Adjust skirt gathers arund the bning evenly. 29.Se t snaps n slip back bdice. PANTALOON CONSTRUCTON: (WAST ELASTC 11) 30.Mark press and se 1S tucks n the ler legs see pattern fr placeent. 31.Serge r se a 1S he n the btt edge f the legs. Se three rs f flat 3411 lace n the brken lines bel the tucks. See pattern. 32.WRST se center frnt sea and center back sea. 33.Turn dn aist casing and se leaving a sall pening fr inserting elastic. 34.1nsert 118 elastic verlapping ends and hand stitch tgether. Clse casing pening ith a achine stitch. 35.Hand tack a light pink rse t the side f each leg at the tp r f lace. DECORATONS: 36.Make sall hair b (abut 2 ide) fr the 3S pink ribbn. Glue in place (see flier). Then add 3 sall light pink rses and 1 r 2 rses fr the rse garland. Arrange in a tight cluster and glue in place. Snip rses fr the rse garland and randly hand tack the arund the skirt. Fll sae prcedure fr the taffeta lining. 2. WRST se the bdice and lining tgether arund the neck and dn the backs. 3. Pin and se the pleated lace t the bdice as indicated n the pattern flling the 3S sea just bel the lace heading. Miter the lace at the center frnt ith a hand stitch. 4. Se t rs f gathering stitches n the rgana sleeve caps beteen the dts. 5. WRST se the sleeve sea. Finish ler edge f sleeves. Turn under sleeve as indicated n the pattern. Se t rs f stitches fring a casing. Leave a sall pening t insert 18 elastic. Over lap elastic ends ne n tp f the ther hand stitch ends tgether. Clse pening ith a achine stitch. 6. Se t rs f gathering stitches n sleeve caps f taffeta inner sleeves. Se a 1S he n the ler sleeve edge. 7. WRST se the sleeve seas. 8. Pull up gathers t fit the arhles pin and se sleeves t arhles inside the rgana sleeves. Finish seas. > 9. WRST se the rgana and the taffeta skirts tgether arund the btt f the skirt. Tri sea t 18 turn right side ut and press. 10.Baste the rgana and taffeta skirt tps tgether at the sea allance and treat as ne fabric. 11.Lightly ark the seing lines fr rs f skirt lace. HNT When seing lace t skirt Slightly ease the lace hen seing. This ill prevent lace fr cupping under. 12.WRST se the skirt t the bdice leaving the bdice lining free als keeping the tip f the lace free at center frnt. 13.Turn the bdice lining ler edge under 14 and hip stitch t the bdice and skirt sea.
