Fld and sew the ends n the sleeve cuff turn and press. Pull up sleeve gathering threads t fit the shirt cuff. WRST sew the cuff t the sleeve leaving the cuff facing free. 7. Turn under the seam allwance n the cuff facing and hand stitch the edge t the shirtcuff seam. 8. WRST sew the cllar and cllar lining tgether at the ends and acrss the tp. WRST sew shirt frnt facing t the shirt at the center frnts and arund the neck. Trim seams turn and press. 2. Tack the facings t the shulder seam allwances. 3. Sew a 8 hem n the bttm edge f the shirt. 4. Sew snaps and buttns n the shirt frnt and sleeve cuffs. PANTS CONSTRUCTON: (Back Waist Elastic 7 2'') 5. Pin and staystitch the pleats n the pants frnt. 6. WRST sew the pants frnts tgether at the center frnt seam. Then sew the backs tgether at the center back seam. 7. WRST sew the frnt and back tgether at the side seams stpping at the. n each lwer leg. 8. Turn under the seam allwance n the lwer leg 8 twice and stitch in place. Then sew tw rws f gathering stitches arund the lwer leg edge. Prepare bth legs. 9. WRST fld and sew the leg bands at the ends turn and press. WRST sew the leg band t each leg leaving the leg band facings free. 20. Turn under the facing seam allwance and hand stitch the seam allwance edge t the leg bandpants seam. 2. Sew snaps and buttns t leg band. 22. WRST sew the frnt and back waistbands tgether. Matching waistband seams t pants side seams pin and sew waistband t pants leaving the waistband facing free. 23. Sew the 34 elastic ends t the side seams inside the back waistband. Turn under the waistband facing n the bttm edge and hand stitch t the waistbandpants seam. 24. Tack grsgrain ribbn suspenders t the fasings f the frnt and back waistbands. See Pattern fr Placement. Crss ribbn in back. Sew a heart buttn n the waistband in frnt f each suspender. Wrap the bw knt arund the center f the bw and hand stitch the ends tgether at the back f the bw. HAT CONSTRUCTON: 28. WRST sew the hat band 0 tgether at the ends. Repeat fr hat band facing. 29. Trim seam turn and press. Cut a piece f thin cardbard t fit inside the bill. nsert cardbard in bill and stitch acrss the pen end at the seam allwance. 32.WRST staystitch the bill t the hat band. 33. WRST pin and sew the hat band facing t the hat band alng the bttm edge turn and press. 34.Fld under the seam allwance at the tp f the hat band facing and hand stitch r machine stitch t the crwnhat band seam allwance.
