Press lace dwn. igag elastic n the btt edge f each leg. 5. WRST, sew the crtch sea. 6. Turn under the waist casing and sew, leaving a sall ping t insert elastic. nsert elastic, lap elastic ds and sew tgether. Clse the casing ping with achine stitch. 7. Run a gathering stitch at the tp f the aprn btt. Pull the gathers t fit the btt f the aprn tp. WRST sew the btt t the tp f the aprn. 11. Sew the Wide ribbn t each side f the aprn at the waist. DRESS CONSTRUCTON 12. WRST Sf the shulder seas tgether. D the sae fr the lining. 13. WRST Sf the bdice and the lining tgether at arund the neck and dwn the back. Clip sea, turn and press. 14. Sew gathering stitches at the tp and btt f the upper sleeve. 15. Pull the gathering stitches t fit the arhle. WRST sew the upper sleeve t the bdice. 16. Pull the gathers at the btt side f the upper sleeve t fit the lwer sleeve. WRST Sf the lwer sleeve t the upper sleeve. 17. Put a narrw he at the btt f the lwer sleeve. 18. WRST Sf the side seas and the under ar sea. Yu will have t hand Sf the lwer sleeve clsed wh yu get the dress n the dll. Set the tp t the side. 19. Put a narrw he in the btt f the skirt and dwn the back. 20. Put a gathering stitches n the tp f the skirt. 21. WRST pull the gathers and pin the skirt t the bdice and Sf. 22. Sew snaps dwn the back f the dress. 23. Sew a sall bw at the neck. SLP CONSTRUCTON 24. Take the skip ruffles and put a narrw he n ne lng side and the tw shrt sides. Put a gathering stitch at the tp f the ruffle. 25. WRST sew the slip skirt tgether at the cter back. 26. On the right side f the skirt and the right side f the ruffle. Pull the gathering stitches t fit betwe the dts n the pattern. 27. Fld dwn the ruffles and the sea will be hidd. Yu will need t press the ruffle dwn. 28. Tu under the waist casing and sew, leaving a sall ping t insert elastic. nsert elastic, lap elastic ds and Sf tgether. Clse the casing ping with achine stitch. HAT CONSTRUCTON 29. Turn under a narrw casing arund the utside edge f the hat. 30. Sew the gathered lace t the ut side edge f the hat. 31. nsert elastic t the casing and pull the elastic t fit arund yur dlls head with her wig n. Th yu will hand sew a bw t the frnt f yur hat.
