UNDER DRESS CONSTRUCTON: 1. Sew the frnt t the back at the shulder/ar seas and side seas. Duble stitch then clip the curve f the underar sea. SEE PA TTERN. 2. Sew the frnt and back neck facings tgether at the shulder seas. Sew facing t the dress neck. Tri sea t 1/8 turn and press. 3. He the skirt and the sleeves with 1/8 hes. 4. Sew sall snaps n the dress back spacing the abut 3 apart. PANTES CONSTRUCTON: S. Sew center frnt sea and center back sea. 6. Sew the leg insea. 7. He each leg edge with a 1/S he. S. Turn under casing and sew leave a sall pening at center back fr inserting elastic. 9. nsert elastic lap the ends ne ver the ther and hand stitch tgether. 10. Clse the casing pening with a achine stitch. HAR CAP CONSTURCTON: 11. Cut 1 1S X 12. Sew a 1/S he n all fur sides. 12. Place n dll head with ne lng edge n the eyebrws. SEE FLER. Pull wrap tightly behind the back f the head and pin at the neck. SAR CONSTRUCTON: 13. Leave selvage n ne lng edge and sew a 1/S he n the ther sides. Yu ight like t try draping the sari fabric t yur satisfactin t deterine hw lng yur sari needs t be. Cut the fabric t yur deterined length then stencil the stripes. We estiate the sari will be fr 2 1/3 t 3 yards lng depending n whether she sits r stands. 14. Stencil three navy blue stripes arund the fabric. One SS stripe shuld be stenciled arund the utside edges. The tw narrw stripes are S/32 wide and there shuld be S/32 space between the three stripes. The width f the stripes and space between the have special eaning s try and ake the as accurate as pssible. 1S. Apply the stencil paint accrding t the anufacturer instructins. Using a rund stencil brush als helps the stenciling prcess. 16. Place the selvage edge f the sari ver the head just abve the edge f the hair cap. The sari shuld cpletely cver the hair cap except acrss the frehead. Cver the ears. Pull and wrap firly t the back f the neck and pin with a straight pin r sall safety pin. Take the selvage edge lsely under the right ar and up t the left frnt shulder. Pin teprarily at shulder. 17. Drape the selvage edge at the left side f the head ver the left shulder. Accrding t pictures that we have seen the crners f the sari d nt shw. This pattern cntains 12 pattern pieces.
