Fllwing are sme f the wrks that yu may be wrking n during yur Internship at icuerious: Patent/Prduct Search Patent/Prduct Search will invlve lking fr the infringing prducts that are infringing ver the patents f patent wner. Fr instance, in a patent infringement case between Apple and Samsung, Apple fund that Samsung mbiles are infringing ver their design Patents. In ther cases, there were sme arguments ver the usage f tuch technlgy f Apple as well. Skills Required: In-depth understanding f the technlgy and shuld have eye fr details. Patent/Prduct Mapping Patent/prduct mapping invlves mapping the features f a prduct (let s say the drag/tap ptin in Apple mbile) with the elements f a Claim f a patent (Claim is a set f elements that cmbines tgether t frm an inventive device/methd as invented by an inventr). Patent searching requires searching fr existing technlgies/inventins/research papers r any ther published material n internet that is disclsing the same idea that an inventr believes t be new. We assist inventrs in lcating such infrmatin s that he may decide if his idea is actually new r it s already existing and patented/published by sme ther entity. Based n requirement f Client, there might be multiple types f patent searching. The interns wuld mainly be wrking n fur type f patent searching: Invalidatin Searching, Nvelty Searching, State f Art Search, and Clearance Search. Technlgy Landscape Study: Fr technlgy landscape, essentially, a researcher shuld be able t understand the trends r hw a specific technlgy evlved using the insights frm patent data. Technlgy Landscapes enable R&Ds t take infrmed and strategic decisins regarding where t invest cnsidering the state f technlgy, what t license cnsidering the state f patents assigned t cmpetitrs, and many similar insights using the patent data.

The candidates shuld have CGPA f 7.5 and abve with n backlg. A candidate must have gd technical understanding f his subjects and shuld have strng interest in research field. There will be n cab/accmmdatin/lunch facility prvided by icuerius. Timings: 9AM t 6PM [Varies based n prject requirements] Prbatin/Training Perid: 6 Mnths Stipend: 12K per mnth. The jb ffers wuld be based n wrk perfrmance during the prbatin/training perid, and the CTC wuld vary frm 3.1L (Starting CTC) up t 4L (based n perfrmance during prbatin/training perid).
