The student will dcument their artistic intentins by explring a range f material techniques. Students will use their and BOW t explre their wn rle as an artist and the relatinships between the wrld, artwrk and audience, t frmulate ideas and dcument their intentins fr what they will d in their wn art making. Students shuld use and identify the Frames as a basis f their wn expressive representatin and art making. The diary shuld suggest and prvide evidence f student s prgress, infrming decisins and actins in the prductin f a BOW. The selectin f artwrks in the and BOW is made n the basis f the student s explratin and understanding f art making practices and shuld demnstrate a student s investigatin and develpment f ideas t present a cherent pint f view, layers f meaning and sustained engagement in an art frm.

Varius beliefs and interpretatins that they may wish t investigate in their art making can be wrked thrugh in the diary. The diary may enable students t investigate subject matter and different frms f expressin t cmpile ideas and allws fr reflectin and evaluatin. The diary shuld suggest and prvide evidence f a student s mdes f wrking, infrming decisins and actins in the prductin f the bdy f wrk. The Bdy f Wrk shuld represent a cherent pint f view and demnstrates the student s intentins as an artist. It shuld als prvide evidence f the cnceptual strength and meaning that exists between and within the wrks included in the bdy f wrk. The cnceptual relatinships between wrks in the bdy f wrk ccur thrugh the interpretatin and shaping f cnnected ideas abut subject matter. These cnceptual relatinships shuld als be evidenced thrugh sustained and deeper investigatins f the chsen expressive frm/s, materials and techniques.
