Herman t serve as the Cmpany s Interim Chief Financial Officer, effective as f March 17, 2018 upn the departure f Chief Financial Officer and Senir Vice President Anthny L. Mattacchine. Mr. Mattacchine s resignatin was previusly reprted in the Cmpany s Frm 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Cmmissin n February 21, Mr. Herman, age 60, jined the Cmpany in 2016 as Vice President and Crprate Cntrller and currently serves as principal accunting fficer. Upn cmmencement f his service as Interim Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Herman als will serve as the Cmpany s principal financial fficer. Prir t jining the Cmpany, Mr. Herman was Crprate Vice President - Clinical Operatins f PAREXEL Internatinal frm 2014 t February 2016 and Crprate Vice President & Cntrller-Finance f PAREXEL frm 2008 t Frm 2005 t 2008, Mr. Herman was Vice President-Crprate Cntrller f Presstek, Inc. In cnnectin with his appintment as Interim Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Herman s base salary f $250,000 will be increased by $6,000 per mnth frm the effective date f his appintment. Additinally, he will be eligible t receive a special bnus, payable in April 2019, in the amunt f either $100,000 if selected as the Cmpany s permanent Chief Financial Officer r $150,000 if an external candidate is appinted t that psitin, subject t cntinuatin f emplyment and achievement f certain gals.
