3 Jnathan Slursh Jnathan is the funding Principal f R.e.l. grup inc. He is a chartered accuntant and restructuring prfessinal with financial, peratinal and strategic management experience spanning almst tw decades wrking with a large multi-natinal firm. Jnathan has acted as the accuntable manager in a multitude f situatins, including C-Suite rles, managing cmplex emplyee grups, stakehlders and cmmercial peratins. His specialized knwledge and hands-n interim management experience have been develped wrking n client matters thrughut Nrth America as well as in the Caribbean, Central America, Eurpe, Africa, Asia and Russia. Jnathan has experience in restructuring, management and balance sheet transactins in diverse industries including airlines and supprt industries, manufacturing, creative and branded prducts, distributin, trucking, cnstructin, telecmmunicatins and retail. This experience cntributes t his innvative apprach t restructuring and interim management, and has allwed Jnathan t wrk with highly cmplex and sensitive multi-jurisdictinal matters. 4 Albert Chappell Albert is a Principal at R.e.l. grup inc. He has ver three decades f hands-n experience in bth peratinal and strategic capacities in varius crprate rles including C-suite psitins. He has served as President and COO f an internatinal carrier as well as a Canadian reginal airline. Previusly he was a senir executive with Canadian Airlines Internatinal where he held a variety f psitins. Albert has acted fr clients thrughut Canada, the U.S. and the Caribbean and has als acted n engagements in the United Kingdm, Africa and Eurasia. Albert s in-depth understanding f the peratinal and financial aspects f business restructurings earned him a reputatin fr prviding grunded experience n advisry r interim management mandates. His direct, applied apprach builds cnfidence in wrking in cmplex distressed financial situatins, guiding management and cmmercial negtiatins and partnership alliances and preparing peratinal analysis frm prduct psitining t technlgy. She has prvided advisry services and acted as accuntable principal with a fcus n interim management asset management, strategy and cash management (crisis and rutine) t clients acrss a brad range f industries thrughut the United States and Canada. Heather has industry experience in manufacturing, transprtatin, aviatin, real estate and retail/whlesale. She is skilled at leading negtiatins, creating alliances, and building and leading teams. 6 Jeff Gllb Jeff is a Principal at R.e.l. grup inc. He began his prfessinal career in the practice f law and cncluded that chapter in 2008 as a senir partner in a majr Canadian business law firm. With recgnized expertise in crprate restructuring, experience in financing, dispute reslutin and crprate gvernance, and a reputatin fr prviding pragmatic business guidance as well as legal advice, Jeff was the type f lawyer that peple wanted n their side. As Rel s resident cnsigliere, Jeff has taken his experience and insight utside f the legal frying pan t the cmmercial side f the restructuring fire, bringing a dynamic apprach few can ffer. He is a crprate strategist, with experience in a brad variety f industries including aviatin, autmtive, real estate, telecm and natural resurces t name a few, as well as expertise in Canada/U.S. crss-brder restructurings and financing. 7 Rick Greene Rick has develped slid judgment and develped unique cmmercial expertise that fcuses n balance sheet and capital markets restructuring, including strategy and risk management expertise develped ver clse t three decades wrking at a variety f psitins including bth a large multi-natinal accunting firm and a majr Canadian Bank. Like his clleagues at R.e.l., Rick cmbines his area f fcus with practical peratins expertise and hands n apprach t deliver a unique, cmmercially driven experience. Rick has cnsiderable experience leading investment teams, guiding management f prtfli cmpanies, develping and implementing strategies t turn arund under-perfrming businesses and acting as lead n divestiture and sale mandates. He has advised secured and unsecured lenders, investrs, bards f directrs and ther stakehlders in businesses experiencing financial and peratinal challenges, including strategic reviews, crisis management, develpment and implementatin f restructuring plans. Mst recently, Rick had verall respnsibility fr managing the Bank s exit frm its private equity business, including internal and external reprting, reviewing and assessing adequacy and effectiveness f internal cntrls, annual planning, regulatry cmpliance and negtiating cmplex agreements t effect the spin-ut f the Bank s prtfli businesses. Rick hlds bth a law degree and an M.B.A., neither f which get in the way f his keen cmmercial judgment and practical slutins based apprach t prblems. 8 Irfan Rajabali Irfan is a Directr with R.e.l. grup inc. Irfan is a chartered accuntant by training and spent several years with a natinal accunting firm where he wrked in the resturcuring grup. Irfan has wrked in varius cuntries wrldwide, and subsequently jined his family business which has given him significant experience in manufacturing and hands-n decisin making. Irfan brings a sphisticated level f understanding t cmplex financial situatins that allws him t prvide practical slutins that fcus n cmmercially sensible reslutins. 9 Glenn Marshall Glenn is a Directr at R.e.l. grup inc. He is a practical, hands-n member f the R.e.l. team wh fcuses n analytics, due diligence and in-depth supprt fr cmplex transactins. Glenn s experience includes stints at large multi-natinal accunting firms in Canada and Australia where he wrked in the M&A advisry and restructuring practices. In additin, Glenn has been an entrepreneur in a start up venture and has held varius in-huse financial rles in a range f industries. His cmbinatin f advisry and hands-n crprate experience facilitates a practical apprach t slving business challenges. We negtiated significant transactins with varius stakehlders and managed multiple cmplex litigatins.
