Althugh panels are shipped with prtective masking, always lift ne panel cmpletely ff the next t prevent scratches. D nt slide ne panel acrss anther. STORAGE Panels are t be stred hrizntally n pallets with psitive slpe fr drainage f water and shuld be cvered with watertight and ventilated materials. Standing water will damage panel finish. N mre than 3,000lbs shuld be stacked n ne pallet. Depending n the type f panel and verall panel dimensins, this shuld be fewer than 100 panels at 30lbs per panel and less than 2 ½ feet high. D nt stack ther materials n r in cntact with panels t prevent staining, denting r ther damage. Strage temperature must nt exceed 120 degrees F (49 degrees C). Nte: String panels vertically can cause warping. PREP AND SET-UP Deburr the Edges Understand, varius cmpanies use different cutting systems, circular and/r ruting, and yur deburring prcess may differ. After the panels are cut, it is best t deburr the edges f the aluminum-faced substrates. The edges may be deburred with a deburring tl (a curved headed tl that is drawn dwn the edge f the bard and leaves a really nice edge), sandpaper wrapped arund a blck f wd r a flat file (400-grit sandpaper fr aluminum faced panels r 220-grit sandpaper fr vinyl faced panels.) A Rasp file is nt recmmended. Care shuld be taken t keep wrkable surfaces and between the panels clear f metal chips, shavings, etc., which culd penetrate the masking and scratch r mark the panel surface. Masking Remval: While the masking is UV-stable, it is recmmended that it be remved as sn as pssible after cutting. Catch ne end f the plastic prtective sheeting and rll arund a dwel (size t suit). Rll the dwel with the masking, carefully pulling the masking away frm the panel surface. CLEANING PANEL Cleaning panels prir t graphic applicatin: Clean panels with a sft, clr-free and lint-free clth mistened with 99% isprpyl alchl prir t applying any graphics. Wipe the panel in a single (nn-circular) directin. Slvents such as alchl, mineral spirits, naphta and xylene can be applied with a sft, clr-free and lint-free clth. Never sak panels in slvents. CUTTING When pssible, keep the prtective masking in place while cutting panels t prtect the finished surface frm scratches. In additin, it is recmmended t perfrm trial cuts first t assure accuracy and evaluate the tl setting and cutting speeds. In sme cases is it best t mve the saw blade rather than the substrate when sizing the panels. After panels are cut, deburr the panel edges as referenced n page 2. Regardless f type f saw r prduct(s) yu re wrking with; make sure yur saw is prperly calibrated. Straight Cuts: The mst cmmn methd fr making a straight cut is t use a panel saw r CNC ruter. Straight cuts can als be made with a radial arm saw, table saw r hand-held circular saw. T assure a straight cut, clamp a straight edge t the panel. When clamping the panel, be sure t allw extra space between the actual cut line and the straight edge fr the blade thickness, usually 1/8 plus the saw base plate. Cutting Shapes: Cutting shapes is cmmnly dne with a CNC ruter, hand-held saber saw, jigsaw r band saw. When necessary, laying ut a pattern n the surface f the substrate is best achieved with a sft pencil. Due t the nature f the prduct, it is best t mve the saw blade rather than the material t minimize ptential scratches n the panel. Table Saws/Circular Saws: Use prductin/industrial type equipment with a 7 t 7-1/2 metal carbide blade with teeth; the higher the tth number, the smther the cut. Blades shuld have angled r circular teeth, alternate beveled, triple grund with the tth gap wall runded. The chip angle shuld be 5 t 15 degrees with a clearance angle f 10 t 30 degrees and a tth spacing f 3/16 t 1. Cutting speeds f 5,500 RPM and feeds f 16 /secnd are pssible. T assure a straight cut, clamp a straight edge t the panel. When clamping the panel, be sure t allw extra space between the actual cut line and the straight edge fr the blade thickness, usually 1/8 plus the saw base plate. If center cutting is required, place a fam pad under the substrate with the reciprcating blade cutting int the fam. Panels may be clamped r secured with duble-facing tape. When clamping between jaws, prtect the panel surface against damage. Blades shuld be high speed steel,.03 t.047 thick, 3/16 t 9/16 wide, with hk r circular teeth with alternate angles, set r waved at a spacing f.010 t.250. Band Saws: Recmmended fr irregular shapes r curves - Blades shuld be tempered spring strip steel,.03 t.047 thick, 9/16 t 1 wide, with skip teeth designed fr nn-ferrus and ferrus materials spaced at a minimum f 10 teeth per inch; Cutting speeds f 10,000 FPM at a cutting feed f 10 /secnd are pssible. While the masking helps t prtect panels, it will nt prtect the panel face frm metal chips during the cutting prcess. T help avid this, press the saw tward the unwanted edge (drp) f yur cut. This may shrten the life f yur blade, but save the face f yur sign. Nte: When cutting wd-cre panels, fewer, larger teeth are recmmended. When cutting plastic-cre panels, many small teeth are recmmended. Tip: Be creative with different crner cut-uts. If wrking with a damaged panel, rund the crners. If the damage t the crner r edge is minimal, Edge Cap will cnceal minr dings r dents. Refer t Edge Cap infrmatin n page 9. Safety tip: When cutting aluminum-faced substrates, the edges can be sharp. Set-up a wrktable large enugh t hld the largest panels flat in bth directins. Place panels n the wrk table (finished side face dwn) and remve the masking frm the backside f the panel. 2. Set up ruter with the recmmended ruter bit (90 degree V-grve bit with 3/32 radius grund nt tip). We recmmend using an versized and slid edge guide n the ruter made ut f ½ highpressure laminate t ensure a straight v-grve. 3. Carefully rut the first edge f the panel, creating a v-grve. When creating the v-grve fr crrugated panels (Alumalite, Ecnlite, D-Lite, Pr-Lite), use a radius bttm V-Grve bit, be sure t cntrl the depth f cut s that base f the bit meets the surface f the aluminum face panel, remving all cre material. D Nt Rute thrugh t the aluminum face. Repeat fr each edge. When creating the v-grve fr slid cre panels (Omega-Bnd), use a radius bttm V- Grve bit, be sure t cntrl the depth f cut s that a minimum f 1/16th f the plyethylene cre material remains. D Nt Rute thrugh t the aluminum face. Repeat fr each edge. 4. Apply caulk t the v-grve t seal the jint prir t bending. Bend edge creating a 90 degree angle n all fur sides. 5. Varius ruter prfiles are available n ur website at PRINTING Digital Printing: Befre starting, refer t the printer specific Owner s Manual, as well as recmmendatins frm the ink manufacturer, fr any instructins pertaining t the prper preparatin f panels prir t print. In mst cases, it s best t run in Prductin r High Quality settings. Extra precautins shuld be taken when inspecting and selecting panels fr print applicatins. Panels that are nt flat r have damaged crners and ends may cause print head damage while printing. Panels shuld be shipped and stred flat t avid bwing. Stre flat, in a clean envirnment with the same r similar temperature and humidity as the printer fr ptimal results. The frnt and back f the panels shuld be clean and dry. Clean panels well with a sft, clr-free and lint-free clth mistened with 99% isprpyl alchl prir t printing. This will remve any freign particles that were attracted t the panels by static. Refer t American Architectural Manufacturers Assciatin (AAMA) 609 and 610 fr finished aluminum cleaning recmmendatins if unsure and always test a small area prir t prceeding with full print prductin. If tw-sided printing is required, waiting up t 24 hurs fr the ink n the frnt side t cmpletely cure may imprve substrate feed perfrmance n the back side. Lw r minimum ink usage images are recmmended fr tw sided applicatins. The success f tw-sided printing depends n the quality f the panel. The printer uses suctin and frictin t prpel the media thrugh the print zne, s gd adhesin f the ink t the media n side ne is necessary t survive the printing n side tw. Inks: Actual ink type depends n the printer make and mdel. Cnsult the printer s manual fr recmmendatins. It s always gd practice t test ink cmpatibility prir t use. In general, aqueus, slvent-based, UV-curable, and latex inks are readily accepted. Tip: Fr lng-term utdr durability start with a lng-lasting ink like slvent r latex, then treat with a high-quality UV inhibitr. Screen Printing: Befre starting, refer t the printer specific Owner s Manual, as well as recmmendatins frm the ink manufacturer, fr any instructins pertaining t the prper preparatin f panels prir t print. In mst cases, it s best t run in Prductin r High Quality settings. Panel surface shuld be cleaned after remving masking film t remve any adhesive residue, bdy ils, r ther cntaminants. A multi-purpse ink r synthetic glss enamel will wrk well n aluminum-faced substrates. Always cnfer with the ink supplier fr recmmended inks, and test a small area prir t printing a full panel. APPLYING VINYL/FILMS Refer t the Cleaning Panel sectin n page 3. The smth, flat surface f ur sign panels is perfect fr all vinyl applicatins. Pressure-sensitive vinyls, plyester films, intermediate/high perfrmance films, reflective films and digital print vinyls apply t all f Laminatrs sign panels fllwing the manufacturer s applicatin instructins. Apply vinyl with sapy water, which helps release any air trapped between the film and the panel, t make the surface smth; r apply dry. A wet applicatin using sapy water r an applicatin fluid fr vinyl allws yu t repsitin the graphic if needed. APPLYING PAINT Prepping Panels fr Paint Graphics: 1. T prep aluminum-faced panels, lightly scuff the face using 400-grit sandpaper. Fr vinyl-faced panels, use 220-grit paper. Warning: D nt sand thrugh the painted finished surface. 2. Spray 99% isprpyl alchl n a clr-free and lint-free wipe and clean the panel in a single (nncircular) directin. T spt prep an area f the panel, mask the areas f the bard that are nt being painted and prep the expsed area using the methd abve. Paint the spt area and remve the masking nce dry. Painting n Aluminum: Autmtive acrylic enamels, plyurethanes, and lacquers ffer an excellent finish; hwever, lettering and bulletin enamels have difficulty adhering t aluminum and vinyl surfaces because the faces are smth and glssy. In additin t scuffing the surface f the aluminum, adding a clear cat paint additive t yur paint prir t applicatin may help the paint t better adhere t the panel. In additin t scuffing the surface f the vinyl, adding a clear cat paint additive t yur paint prir t applicatin may help the paint t better adhere t the panel. Fllw the paint manufacturers instructins fr applicatin recmmendatins, thinning requirements, and drying and cure times. Regardless f the paint selectin r methd f applicatin, it is best t test fr adequate adhesin. 1. While there are several ways t apply paint, ne methd is t pur the paint nt the face, abut 6" in frm the edge and dwn the middle f the bard. Using a 9" fam rller, rll the paint in all directins, including the edges f the panel. Nte: Painting the edges f wd cre prducts des nt seal them. Refer t Edge Cap infrmatin n page Bubbles may appear in the finish. After apprximately 5 minutes, lightly rll again t remve the bubbles. If bubbles reappear, either the paint is still t wet r yu are pressing t hard. Lighten the pressure as yu re-rll. This technique will have a slight texture frm the nap f the rller. Fr a smther finish, mist mineral spirits int the air abve the sign. The paint will spread ut t a smth finish. Nte: This may take lnger t dry. Spray Painting: All types f spraying equipment can be used n Laminatrs panels frm individual guns t pressure pts. The best type f spray gun t use is an HVLP (High Vlume Lw Pressure) since it eliminates excessive spraying and envirnmental cncerns. Vinyl-type r multi-purpse inks are recmmended. A multi-purpse ink r synthetic glss enamel will wrk best n aluminum-faced panels. If spraying with an autmtive r plyurethane-type paint, an epxy primer is recmmended. Regardless f the paint selectin r methd f applicatin, it is best t test fr adequate adhesin. 1. While there are several spray painting techniques, ne is t pur paint int spray gun r pressure pt fr lettering enamels t be sprayed. 2. After the base clr is applied and dries, apply any remaining lettering and/r graphics. 3. Apply clear cat ver the entire finished surface t extend the life f the sign. Spray 99% isprpyl alchl n a clr-free and lint-free clth and clean the panel in a single (nncircular) directin. 3. Spray r apply 2 cats f paint ver sanded area with matching paint. Allw t dry. 4. If lking t achieve a glssy surface: When dry, apply an autmtive rubbing cmpund and buff panel. LASER ENGRAVING Laser engraving wrks best with aluminum-faced panels since they ffer a flat, smth surface. Prlnged expsure t heat in excess f 250 is nt recmmended. Fllw the manufacturer s recmmended prcedures fr cvering a wax and silicne free, plyester paint surface. ELECTRICAL Nte: Refer t UL files (UL 48; File #E60612)fr current standards, requirements and restrictins as their criteria may change. Alumalite, Ecnlite, LusterBard, Omega-Bnd and SignPly can be used as part f the sign bdy and fr decrative applicatins, as well as fr use in terminating cnduit runs. Nte: These panels cannt be used t enclse bare live parts r wiring. All bare live parts r wiring must be enclsed in a wire raceway as defined and apprved by Underwriter s Labratry (UL) s Standard fr Electric Signs. Metal faces f the apprved panels must be grunded in accrdance with the Standard fr Electric Signs (UL 48; File #E60612). Separate grunding straps must be used as necessary. Enclsures, plastic faces, and mlding may rely n these panels fr supprt as lng as each cmpnent is securely fastened t the panel and weighs less than 7.5 lbs (3.4kg). If metal screws are used, they shuld nt strip when tested as described in the Standard fr Electric Signs (UL 48). Panels are acceptable fr use in dry, damp, and wet lcatins; hwever water exclusin must be determined in the end prduct nly. Minimum f 5cm (2 ) spacing between the apprved panels and heat-prducing cmpnents f the sign. Fr fastening with blind rivets, d nt drill thrugh bth sides f Alumalite, and use stainless steel 4-2 rivets. EDGE CAP Panel edges can be finished with Laminatrs plastic U channel Edge Cap which helps prtect and seals the panel edges. Omega SignBard, LusterBard and SignPly have wd cres that require Edge Cap t achieve exterir durability. If the edges are nt prperly sealed, water can seep inside and damage the wd cre. Fr wd cre panels, we recmmend DAP AlexPlus r cmparable acrylic latex and silicne caulk r a highquality urethane caulk as a sealant and adhesive. When using Alumalite, Ecnlite and Pr-Lite, Edge Cap can help t create a mre finished appearance. In this applicatin, we recmmend using Liquid Nails Heavy Duty fr Cnstructin r DAP AlexPlus as an adhesive. Fr a plished lk, used clr-matched r clear caulk. Nte: When using Omega SignBard, LusterBard and SignPly fr exterir applicatins, the warranty is vid if Edge Cap frm Laminatrs Incrprated and prper sealant is nt used crrectly t seal the wd cre edges. 1. When wrapping edges with Edge Cap, it is imprtant t plan the seams. A 4 x 8 panel will typically have fur seams. The gal is t have Edge Cap ends (cut t 45 ) jin in crners much like a picture frame. Using Laminatrs ntching tl, ntch the edge cap at the crners allwing an extra 1/16 at each crner fr the sealant t be placed inside the cap. Ntch each leg f the cap independently, but the ntches must align fr a clean crner. 2. Bend the Edge Cap int a 90 crner then bend it back against itself in the ntch and cut with a sharp utility knife. Filing the edge f the panel with a flat file can make it easier t apply the Edge Cap, but be sure t apply Edge Cap in the same directin the panel was filed. Dry fit the cap arund the sign prir t applying the sealant inside the cap. 3. Fr best adhesin and t remve all freign matter and dust, remve the masking and wipe panel edges and the interir f the Edge Cap with a dry clth. Fr ½ Edge Cap, run a bead f caulk apprximately ¼ thick thrugh the Edge Cap (slightly less fr ¼ Edge Cap). Caulk shuld fill the Edge Cap t the extent it is squeezed ut n bth sides t ensure the plywd edge is cmpletely sealed. 4. Nte: Expsed edges r crners will allw water t seep inside and eventually destry the sign panel and invalidate the warranty n Omega SignBard, LusterBard, and SignPly. 5. When applying Edge Cap, start at the crner and wrk utward. Catch the bttm leg f the Edge Cap n the panel edge and stretch the legs apart t fit the tp edge ver the panel face. Press n face f Edge Cap until the legs are against panel edges and prceed dwn the panel. 6. Butt edges f the next piece tightly against the ne already applied, and cntinue applicatin. Seams shuld be tight which will frce excel caulk t squeeze ut. Wipe away excess. 12 Laminatrs Incrprated Sign Panel Prductin Guide Hw t Heat and Frm Edge Cap n Curved Panel Edges: This technique typically requires practice t master. Test n scrap r leftver pieces f Edge Cap. Typically a ¼ Edge Cap lks mre prfessinal n special shapes than the ½. Never heat r melt Edge Cap with sealant in it. 1. Set heat gun n high and wait a few mments fr it t heat up. Keep heat gun mving r it will burn and blacken the Edge Cap. Never let ne area f Edge Cap take full heat lnger than a mment. Apply heat evenly t each plane f Edge Cap rtating surfaces in this rder: side, side, base and repeat, five r six times until yu see the cap sften and becme mre pliable. 2. Wrk sft area f Edge Cap slwly nt panel edge, mving heated area frward as Edge Cap is sftened int place. D nt heat Edge Cap n vinyl-faced Omega SignBard panels. Applying heat t the surface vinyl will damage the finish. Cut a frm ut f plywd r LusterBard t melt Edge Cap arund then apply t vinyl faced sign panel. 3. When Edge Cap is snug all the way arund and still ht, pinch Edge Cap and run fingers alng sftened areas while wearing glves r use a clth t prtect fingers frm heat. Blw t cl Edge Cap in place and smth until cl. Nte: 1/2 Edge Cap must always be mlded while in cntact with hst edge. 1/4 Edge Cap shuld be melted held upward and let gravity bend it. 4. Remve cap frm panel and pinch sides f Edge Cap clsed t prevent them frm bwing utward at the curved area. This will give yur cap a better finished lk. 5. Remve masking frm panel surface, apply sealant inside frmed Edge Cap and replace n panel edges, psitining it carefully. Wipe away any excess squeeze ut f caulk. 14 Laminatrs Incrprated Sign Panel Prductin Guide JOINING PANELS Rut & Return Methd When jining panels with the Rut & Return technique, panels can als be panned n tp and bttm edges and munted by fastening thrugh the tp and bttm returns instead f aluminum angle clips. When using Rut & Return, the prper ruter bit must be used t achieve a clean 90 degree bend. 1. Using a special 90 degree ruter bit, V -grve panel edges allwing 1 utside the grve t panel edge. C-Clamp a straight edge n tp f the panel t guide the ruter. Carefully rut the first edge f the panel, creating a v- grve. When creating the v-grve fr crrugated panels (Alumalite, Ecnlite, D-Lite, Pr-Lite), use a radius bttm V-Grve bit, be sure t cntrl the depth f cut s that base f the bit meets the surface f the aluminum face panel, remving all cre material. Repeat fr each edge. When creating the v-grve fr slid cre panels (Omega-Bnd, Omega SignBard, LusterBard, SignPly), use a radius bttm V- Grve bit, be sure t cntrl the depth f cut s that a minimum f 1/16th f the plyethylene cre material remains. D Nt Rute thrugh t the aluminum face panel. Repeat fr each edge. 2. Fld each edge alng grve t create a pan with returns alng panel edges. 3. Using aluminum angles cut int 4 strips. Pre-drill 2 hles fr pp rivets in ne leg f the brace and ne hld fr a thru fastener in the ther leg. Place n panel against the returns and drill pilt hles fr rivets. Drill nly thrugh the back face f the aluminum. Tip: Use a blck f wd t shrten the draw f the drill bit s that nly the back face is penetrated. DO NOT penetrate bth faces. Using shrt rivets fasten clips int place. Where panels are seamed drill center hle thrugh brace and panels fr fastening blt. Secure with lcking washer and nut. Be sure each angle is the same distance frm panel edge. Remve seam fasteners prir t handling t avid undue stress n seams. Refasten at installatin site. 5. Measure distance frm inside tp angle hanger t inside bttm hanger. Carefully plan installed psitin f sign n wall. Blt tp rw f 2x4 furring strips t wall and measure fr placement f bttm furring strips. Mark wall with chalk line and fasten furring strips. 6. Reassemble panels face dwn at jb site. Fasten seams with blts. Carefully lift panels int place, hanging the angle attached n panel back n tp and belw the furring strips. Fasten hangers t furring with nails r galvanized wd screws. Using Dwel Pins t Jin Alumalite, Ecnlite, r D- Lite: Butt Jint: 1. Insert dwel pins in flutes at panel edges every 6-12". Pre-drill hles fr edges withut flutes. 2. Align dwel pins with flutes r pre-drilled hles in next panel. Panel alignment shuld be dne n a flat, level surface. 3. Push panels tgether t create clean seam at jint. Overlapping Edges and Dwel Pins: This methd has a hairline verlapping f the aluminum surface that lks seamless and is strng. Galvanized, stainless steel r aluminum blts, nuts and washers shuld be used t avid dissimilar metal cntact and minimize crrsin. Include washers r spacers between the panel and munted surface s water des nt get trapped behind the panel. Use lck nuts r duble nuts with washers t prevent the nuts frm lsening ver time. Take care t avid ver-tightening screws r blts, especially when installing plastic cre panels, as ver-tightening can defrm the panel and/r panel surface. Face-Fastening: Galvanized, stainless steel r aluminum blts, nuts and washers shuld be used t avid dissimilar metal cntact. Use cautin when tightening the nut int the blt and use lck nuts r duble nuts with washers t prevent the nut frm lsening ver time. Wall-Munt: Fr safety and ease f installatin, pre-drill all hles slightly versize t allw fr expansin. Be careful nt t ver-tighten fasteners as this will cause unsightly dimples in panels which may nt be cvered by framing. Always keep a small amunt f paint and Q-tips r small paintbrushes t paint the screw heads when finished. Brick r Cncrete: Installatin is basically the same fr bth. The tw mst cmmn types f anchrs used are lag screws inserted int lead anchrs r expanding plastic inserts. 1. Pre-drill munting hles at grund level first, then anchr and drill a single crner-munting hle int the wall. Insert caulk int the crner-munting hle. 2. Hang the sign by ne crner and level it. Fr a brick wall, use brick mrtar lines fr level. Fr cncrete, snap r draw a line ahead f time. 3. Level the sign again and place secnd anchr. The sign is nw supprted by the tp crner screws. Drill the bttm hles, caulk, and insert anchrs. Simple Frames with Hidden Fasteners: 1-Piece Extrusins 1. Carefully measure and cut aluminum caps t prper size fr sign. Miter-cut crners are nt necessary, but they imprve the appearance f the sign. 2. If preferred, Paint aluminum t desired clr with Kryln, Rustleum, r autmtive spray paints (fllw paint supplier recmmendatins). 3. Install 3 sides f J channel n wall (we recmmend starting with tw sides and bttm extrusins) and screw back leg f channel t wall with lw prfile pan-head screws every Insert sealant inside all 3 extrusins t cmpletely cver panel edges nce inserted fr prper seal. 5. Fill last extrusin with sealant and insert extrusin int panel n wall t finish framed lk (fasteners nt required n last extrusin). 2-Piece Extrusins 1. Place plastic track behind panel edge and install fasteners thrugh panels and track int wall behind sign. Insert fasteners every Fr signs that will be remved r changed peridically, screw plastic track t the wall, then screw the panel t the wall. 2. Caulk arund utside edge f panel where plastic track starts. Yu must cmpletely cver panel edges with caulk fr prper seal. 3. Carefully measure and cut aluminum caps. Miter-cut crners are nt necessary, but they imprve the appearance f the sign. Paint aluminum caps t desired clr with Kryln, Rusteleum r autmtive spray paints. 10Wd and Sheet Metal Walls Unframed: The same methd is used fr sheet metal walls as wd walls. The main difference is that a sheet metal building has ribs. Cnsider this when drilling hles and munting screws. Sheet metal screws are the fastest way t anchr Laminatrs panels t a wd r sheet metal wall. 1. Place supprt blcks n the wall. Screw ne r tw shrt 2x4s at the bttm f where the sign will g. Make sure they are level. 2. Place the sign n tp f the 2x4s. This will supprt the sign while yu screw it in place. 3. Befre securing the sign, check t see if it is level with a 2' level. A small trped level will als wrk well. 4. Insert caulk int the fastener hles prir t installing screws. Caulking all hles will help keep water ut. 5. Nw insert fasteners int caulked hles. The fllwing are general guidelines are recmmended: Take all materials ut t the jb site and assemble. Use a carpenter s square when assembling the framewrk. In mst cases, pst and panel supprts are 3' int the grund, 3' abve the grund, and 4' fr the sign. D nt extend sign beynd pst and panel supprts in excess f 9" fr plastic cre prducts and 12" fr wd cre prducts. Fasten 2x4 stringers t tw 4x4 pretreated psts, putting them int the grund and attach the sign t the stringers. 1. Paint tw 2x4s and tw 4x4 pieces with exterir latex paint. 2. Screw the 2x4s t the 4x4s. This stabilizes the framewrk. 3. Munt yur sign while the framewrk is flat n the grund. 4. Dig pst hles. Nte: Reference lcal rdinance cdes fr prper pst depth. 5.
