Are they hung level and square within the pening? Run the water in the kitchen and the bathrm and the dishwasher and flush the tilet at the same time t see if yu've gt plenty f water pressure. Flush the tilet a few times t make sure the tank refills prperly. Living rm: Living rm windws (tp) Dr t hallway Check that lck wrks prperty, as des peep-hle. Check intercm that it wrks and pens dr utside. Turn n/ff lights and make sure sckets wrk. Flr stain is even? Walls/mldings cleanly painted (n scuff marks, r flr stain n them.) Check that windws are all clear, withut paint, scratches r cracks. Where the windws have a plastic frame check that it is free frm scratches and that all the prtective tape has been remved. Check frnt f bar is bar even? Check that light sckets etc are flush t wall and n paint chips. Make nte f brickwrk in frnt f building, and ask that they cmplete the pen brick/wall that is pen. Check drbell/intercm Check utside lights, hallway lights. Kitchen: Check that drawers pen and clse evenly. Make sure they wrk smthly, aren't scratched, etc. Turn n/ff micrwave Check that fridge is cl Check dishwasher, turn it n and try it ut.

Shwer water cmes ut Are twel bars, etc. hung level Flush tilets Tilet seat n securely and nt lse. Check that the tile is cmpletely finished behind the tilet, n expsed pipes r bare flrs. Lk at where pipes meet wall, n gaps in wall r hles arund pipes where bugs/rdents culd get in. Turn n/ff sink make sure ht and cld water. Nte: ht tap shuld be n the left and cld n the right. Check vanity n cracks r paint, pen and clse drs Check mirrr n paint n mirrr r chips Lk ver tiles. Drp a little water n them t see if misture seems t g thrugh, r if it is sealed prperly (if changes clr in water, it is nt sealed.) Turn n lights and make sure sckets wrk. Check brick arund balcny that it s nt cracked. Turn n lights and make sure sckets wrk. Bedrm clset drs pen/clse securely. Check that light sckets etc are flush t wall and n paint chips. Water heater clset: Make sure that paint is clean, n burn marks, n dripping. Dr pens/shuts easily. Lk fr any signs f leaks, water damage: arund windws, under sinks, by ht water tank, etc. Lk at where pipes meet wall, n gaps in wall r hles arund pipes where bugs/rdents culd get in. Fr duplex units: Office/Secnd bedrm: Check that radiatr vents are clear, n paint chips, etc. Office/baby rm windw dwnstairs Clset in ffice pens/clses Paint n walls dwnstairs even? Any scuff marks? Check that windws are all clear, withut paint, scratches r cracks. Where the windws have a plastic frame check that it is free frm scratches and that all the prtective tape has been remved. Check dr latch and drknb. Des it lck/unlck prperly? Des it swing all the way pen/clsed? Is the biler very nisy when n? Check that A/C is cming ut f vents dwnstairs. Check that ceiling lights are fitted fr bulbs, will they turn n? Check that drain utside f windw is clear, and that the trap is n there. If yu can lift the trap t lk inside t see if there are leaves r cnstructin debris.

Check that meter bx pens and clses prperly Dwnstairs Bathrm: Lk fr any cracks r chips in bathrm fixtures r tiles. Are twel bars, etc. hung level Flush tilet Tilet seat n securely and nt lse. Check that the tile is cmpletely finished behind the tilet, n expsed pipes r bare flrs. Turn n/ff sink make sure ht and cld water. Check kite winders (that s where the stairs turn at a 90 degree angle) and the treads are apprximately triangular shaped, n hles r gaps. Make sure the handrail, newel psts and spindles are secure. Turn n lights and make sure sckets wrk. Check staircase that it was finished evenly and cmpletely and that white wall trim is painted clean (n flr stain marks n wall.) Check that light sckets etc are flush t wall and n paint chips. Check whether thermstat wrks Dwnstairs sitting rm/bedrm: Check that windws are all clear, withut paint, scratches r cracks. Check bx with cable/internet hk up. Make sure dr clses prperly, that it s nt a mess in there. Where the windws have a plastic frame check that it is free frm scratches and that all the prtective tape has been remved. Clset pens and clses cmpletely. Handles wrk.

5 Sliding glass dr pens/clses cmpletely Windw pens and clses securely. Check fr misture n the flrs Check that wall was patched up where pipe went in. Check that light sckets etc are flush t wall and n paint chips. Outdrs: Check that fence is cmplete and sturdy. Fence has n hles r splits in the panels. Fence lcks/latches securely Lift filter/trap and make sure that the drain was cleared f cnstructin debris, leaves. Check balcny pillars that they are clsed cmpletely. Paint n balcny pillars cleaned up. Lk at cncrete make sure that any cracks t cncrete were fixed. Windws and wall lk OK frm the utside, cmpletely sealed. Stand back five t ten meters t inspect the brickwrk. Turn n/ff the faucet utside t make sure water cmes thrugh. Check t see hw water pls n pati. Shuld have a slight slpe t ensure prper drainage - tward a drain r away frm drs/walls f interir. Check drs t utside fr prper weather-stripping
