1 RULES OF THE Prject f the Year FACEBOOK CONTEST Article 1: Organizatin Dassault Systèmes, whse glbal headquarters is lcated at 10, rue Marcel Dassault - CS Vélizy Villacublay Cedex - France ( Dassault Systèmes r the Organizer ) has rganized the cntest Prject f the Year (the Cntest ), which are gverned by the fllwing rules (hereinafter, the Rules ). Article 2: Entry cnditins The Cntest is free t enter, with n purchase r payment necessary but requires an internet cnnectin. A purchase will nt increase chances f winning f the Participants. The Cntest is pen t students duly registered in a schl r university in any field whatsever and lcated wrldwide, at the entrance s date f this Cntest, except: Residents f cuntries under embarg; Residents f Belgium, Nrway and Sweden, because the Cntest is equivalent t a lttery; Residents f any ther cuntry r territry where participatin in the Cntest and the terms f these rules wuld cntravene applicable lcal laws; Emplyees f Dassault Systèmes, Dassault Systèmes subsidiaries r affiliates, as well as their immediate families (spuse, parents, siblings, children and each f their respective spuses) and husehld members f each such emplyee; Emplyees f any cmpany assciated with the Cntest, including but nt limited t Make Me Viral, and their immediate families (spuse, parents, siblings, children and each f their respective spuses) (Hereinafter, the Participants ). In case f persns under 18 years f age, their participatin t the Cntest implies that their parents r legal guardians have given their prir express cnsent via the Applicatin r the Website, as the case may be, t such participatin. In additin, please nte that Dassault Systèmes may require additinal prf f cnsent frm such minrs representatives, in particular befre any prize is awarded. If such prf is nt prvided, the prize shall nt be cnsidered valid, shall nt be awarded t the winner and shall be immediately re-entered int the draw. Any persn wh des nt meet these abve cnditins, r wh refuses t prvide prf f such, shall be disqualified frm the Cntest and shall nt be entitled t a prize. Any award made t a Participant wh des nt meet the abve-mentined criteria r any ther cnditins stipulated in these Rules shall be cancelled. Participatin t the Cntest is nt limited and Participant may participate several times by psting several Prjects, prvided that a prject shall nly be registered by ne persn (name, last name and address, student ID and schl-issued address, as applicable). Players may nly

2 enter under their wn names and may nt under any circumstances play n behalf f ther individuals r cmpanies. Any incmplete entry frm shall be cnsidered vid. The winners shall be selected frm amng the Participants. Each Participant must agree t the Rules in rder t register fr the Cntest. Article 3: Participatin t the cntest 3.1 Hw t enter the Cntest As a preliminary, Participants are fully infrmed and hereby acknwledge that this Cntest is in n way spnsred, endrsed r administered, r assciated with, Facebk. In rder t participate, entrants must create a specific prject with Dassault Systèmes slutin(s) (hereinafter, the Prject ), as fully described n the website accessible at the fllwing address (hereinafter, the Website ). The prject will be then als available n the POTY applicatin which is implemented and made available n the Dassault Systèmes Academy Facebk Page, at the fllwing address (hereinafter, the Applicatin ). Then, entrants can, at their wn ptin, participate t the Cntest: 1. Via the Applicatin. In this respect, entrants must: Lg in n their Facebk accunts, withut which they will nt be able t cmplete their participatin t the Cntest; Cnsult the Applicatin and click n the Participate buttn and accept the Facebk permissin requests such as access my basic infrmatin (in particular their surname, first name and cntact e- mail address), being stated that this persnal data is prcessed by Facebk, subject t Facebk privacy plicies that the entrants shuld cnsult prir t cnsent t such request. The entrant will then be autmatically redirected t the dedicated sectin f the Website; Create an accunt n the Website by filling the indicated field with the fllwing infrmatin: title (student), last name, first name, persnal address, institutin, and a schl-issued address r a cpy f student ID card r a cpy f a letter/receipt frm their institutin, lgin and passwrd r, if already registered, lg in t their accunts n the Website with their usernames and passwrds; Cnsult the Cntest page lcated n the Prject Shwrm tab n the Website and register their Prjects. 2. Or via the Website. In this respect, entrants must: Create an accunt n the Website by filling the indicated field with the fllwing infrmatin: title (student), last name, first name, persnal address, institutin, and a schlissued address r a cpy f student ID card r a cpy f a letter/receipt frm their institutin, lgin and passwrd r, if already registered, lg in t their accunts n the Website with their usernames and passwrds; Cnsult the Cntest page lcated n the Prject Shwrm tab n the Website and register their Prjects. Entrants are fully infrmed and hereby accept that the Prjects psted n the Website will be

3 autmatically repsted n the Applicatin by the 3DS Academy s and Make me Viral s teams. Each f the abve-mentined steps must be cmpleted by the entrants in rder t validate their participatin t the Cntest. 3.2 Hw t vte At any time, Participants can invite friends t enter the Cntest and/r t vte fr their Prject and can als pst their Prjects and/r results n their walls. On the Applicatin (n Facebk): each persn wh has a Facebk accunt and accepts the Facebk permissin requests such as access my basic infrmatin can vte fr her/his Prject n the Applicatin. They can als click n Prjects repsted by the Participants n their walls and will be redirected t the Applicatin in rder t vte fr these specific Prjects. In this case, please nte that a Like n Facebk is nt equivalent t a vte. A member can nly vte ne time per Prject fr the whle term f the Cntest, it being stipulated that a Participant can vte fr its wn Prject under the same cnditins. Article 4: Hw the Cntest wrks 4.1- Term f the Cntest The Cntest runs fr a perid f six weeks frm May 3rd 2018 t June 29 th 2018, included Hw t win At the term f the Cntest, 14 Prjects will be selected and prizes described in Article 5 f these Rules will be awarded as fllws: Facebk Vtes Prize: The first ten (10) Prjects which will receive the highest number f vtes n the Facebk Applicatin will be awarded. Glbal Academia Jury Prize: One (1) Prject will be selected amng the Prjects psted n the Applicatin, n matter which slutin has been used t create the Prject as lng as it is a Dassault Systèmes slutin, by a jury cmpsed f prfessinals f the Glbal Academia department f Dassault Systèmes n the basis f several criteria: innvatin, riginality, technicality, ptimal use f Dassault Systèmes slutin, wrk carried ut and any ther similar criteria. SOLIDWORKS Jury Prize: One (1) Prject will be selected amng the Prjects created via a Slidwrks slutin and psted n the Applicatin, by a jury cmpsed f 2 prfessinals f Slidwrks brand n the basis f several criteria: innvatin, riginality, technicality, ptimal use f the Slidwrks slutin, wrk carried ut and any ther similar criteria. SIMULIA Jury Prize: One (1) Prject will be selected amng the Prjects created via a Simulia slutin and psted n the Applicatin, by a jury cmpsed f 2 prfessinals f Simulia n the basis

4 f several criteria: innvatin, riginality, technicality, ptimal use f the Simulia slutin, wrk carried ut and any ther similar criteria. CATIA Jury Prize: One (1) Prject will be selected amng the Prjects created via a Catia slutin and psted n the Applicatin, by a jury cmpsed f 2 prfessinals f Catia n the basis f several criteria: innvatin, riginality, technicality, ptimal use f the Catia slutin, wrk carried ut and any ther similar criteria. Bnus: Specific gifts will be sent t the first hundred (100) Participants wh pst a vide n YuTube, the Website r Facebk relating t their Prjects, as described in Article Hw t increase chances f winning Participants can increase their chances f winning by inviting their Facebk friends t vte fr their Prjects. Participants wh create multiple Facebk accunts with the same name and address shall be disqualified and shall nt be entitled t any prizes they may therwise have wn. Any fraudulent entries and any ther entries which therwise cntravene these Rules shall result in disqualificatin. The Organizer shall nt be held respnsible fr any which is lst r therwise undelivered. The Organizer reserves the right t cnduct any checks cncerning the applicatin f this article. Article 6: Schedule f prize awards The Cntest shall end n June 29 th, 2018, inclusive. The names f the winners shall be published n the wall f the Website and the Applicatin, befre July 30 th, The Organizer f the Cntest shall cntact each winner by and/r directly by Facebk message t request their pstal addresses s that their prizes can be sent t them. Article 7: Selectin f winners and attributin f prizes

6 7.1 At the end f the Cntest, if sme Prjects have the same number f vtes, the first Prject that has been psted will be rewarded the first Prize and the secnd Prject that has been psted, the secnd Prize and s n. 7.2 In the event the same Prject is selected fr the Facebk Vte Prize and the Glbal Academia Jury Prize, the Participant will be awarded the sle Glbal Academia Jury Prize and the Facebk Vte Prize will be awarded t the next Facebk Vte Prize winner based n the final ranking. Fr example: if a Participant wins the Glbal Academia Jury Prize and the first Facebk Vte Prize fr the same Prject (the Winner 1 ), she/he will be awarded the Glbal Academia Prize (an Ipad, as described hereunder) and the first Facebk Vte Prize (the ipad, as described hereunder) will be attributed t the winner f the secnd Prject with the highest number f vtes n Facebk ( Winner 2 ). In such case, the Facebk Vte Prize riginally granted t the Winner 2 will be awarded t the winner 3 and s n, based n the final ranking. 7.3 In the event the same Participant wins several Prizes fr different Prjects that she/he has submitted in the curse f the Cntest, the Participant will nly be granted the better Prize, subject t prvisins f article 7.4 herein. Fr example: If a Participant wins the first Facebk Vte Prize (Ipad Mini) fr a Prject n 1 and the eighth Facebk Vte Prize fr the Prject n 2 (Bluetth speakers), she/he will nly be granted the Ipad Mini. 7.4 Please nte hwever that if a Participant is selected by ne f the Slidwrks, Simulia r Catia jury in rder t receive the Slidwrks, Simulia r Catia Jury Prize and is als subject t ne f the Facebk Vte Prizes, he/she will be awarded bth prizes. Article 8: Reimbursement f expenses It is agreed that n reimbursement shall be issued t Participants with an internet cnnectin based n free r all-inclusive access ffered by the varius telephne r cable peratrs, due t the virtually universal usage f this type f internet access and in accrdance with cnstant jurisprudence. 8.1 Any ther Participant may request the reimbursement f expenses equivalent t the time needed t cmplete the Cntest, n the basis f a cnnectin time f 3 min. at the ff-peak rate. Requests fr reimbursement shuld be made by pst t the Organizer, accmpanied by a RIB (bank accunt details) in the name f the accunt hlder f the line used t enter the Cntest, a phtcpy f the invice fr the mnth cncerned frm the internet service prvider, prf f subscriptin and a letter specifying the number f the analgue r digital line (r the number f the decder in the case f cable subscriptins) and the date and time f cnnectin, nt later than 30 days after the clsing date f the Cntest, the pstmark serving as prf f psting. Only ne request fr reimbursement shall be allwed per registered Participant and per envelpe (same name, same address). Incmplete requests shall nt be accepted.

7 Article 9: Cnnectin and use Participatin in the Cntest implies knwledge and acceptance f the characteristics and limits f the internet, the lack f prtectin f certain data against pssible misuse r theft, and the risk f cntaminatin by viruses that may be circulating n the netwrk. The Organizer shall nt be held respnsible in the case f misuse r incident related t use f cmputers, access t the internet, r maintenance r malfunctin f the Cntest servers, telephne lines r any ther technical cnnectin, nr t any entry frm sent t an incrrect r incmplete address. Article 10: Disputes and respnsibilities Participatin in the Cntest implies uncnditinal acceptance f the Rules in their entirety. Any false r inaccurate statement r any fraud shall result in disqualificatin f the Participant. In particular, it is strictly frbidden t buy vtes r t pay t vte fr a Prject. The Organizer shall have sle jurisdictin f any dispute related t the Cntest and its Rules. N respnse shall be made t any telephne r written request cncerning the interpretatin r applicatin f the abve Rules, the mechanisms r prcedures f the Cntest, r the list f winners. The Organizer reserves the right, shuld circumstances dictate t d s, t extend, mdify r cancel the Cntest. The Organizer reserves the right, in case f fraud, false r inaccurate statement, nt t grant a winner f her /his prize and/r t bring prceedings befre any cmpetent curt against a participant r winner, wh has cmmitted such fraud. In n event shall the Organizer be liable fr damages incurred by a winner fr the use f a prize. Participant is slely liable fr the cntent and/r the title f her/his Prject and/r fr any use f the websites and scial netwrks hsting the Cntest. Article 11: Data prcessing, data files and liberties 11.1 In rder t participate in the Cntest, Participants will be required t cmmunicate certain persnal infrmatin, such as title (student), last name, first name, persnal address, institutin, schl-issued address, student ID card, lgin and passwrd, and winners will be required, in additin, t prvide their pstal addresses (the Persnal Data ). This Persnal Data is cllected and prcessed by the Organizer slely fr management and prmtinal purpses related t the Cntest. In additin, the plicy f the Organizer relating t privacy and use f persnal data via the Website, that is made available at the fllwing address plicy/ will be applicable t each use, cllectin and prcessing f Persnal Data in the framewrk f this Cntest via the Website (the Privacy Plicy ). Participants and winners expressly cnsent t the cllectin and prcessing f their Persnal Data fr the abve mentined purpses The Persnal Data cllected as part f the Cntest is prcessed until May 24, 2018 in accrdance with the French data prcessing, data files and liberties law f January 6, 1978 (Li Infrmatique et Libertés du 6 janvier 1978) and frm May 25, 2018 in accrdance with Eurpean General Data Prtectin Regulatin 2016/679 (hereinafter the Applicable Data Prtectin Legislatin ). Persnal Data may be cllected thrugh the Website and subsequently disclsed t and used by an affiliate r subsidiary f the Organizer fr the purpses stated in this clause and in the Privacy Plicy. Please nte the Organizer may transfer Participants r winners Persnal Data utside the Eurpean Unin, as lng as befre transferring such Persnal Data, the Organizer has ascertained that nn-eurpean Unin entities - including 3DS affiliates and subsidiaries ffer

8 sufficient security measures and an adequate level f prtectin in accrdance with the Applicable Data Prtectin Legislatin All Participants in the Cntest have the right t access their Persnal Data, as well as a right t request the rectificatin, cmpletin, update r erasure f their Persnal Data. Participants als have a right t btain a cpy f the Persnal Data cnserved by the Organizer. Please nte that any Participant can exercise her/his rights f access t and rectificatin f the Persnal Data by lgging n t her/his accunt n the Website. Otherwise, Participants may exercise their rights f access t and rectificatin f the data by sending an t the fllwing address: 3DS.Cmpliance- Privacy@3ds.cm. Article 12: Intellectual prperty rights 12.1 Participants hereby accept the Terms f Use f the Website, which cntains a specific prvisin relating t Intellectual prperty rights, as made available at the fllwing address: In additin, any Participant acknwledges and agrees that the Website, the Applicatin and all materials, data, cntent prvided by DS, including the website design text, sftware in bject and surce cde (including applets), scripts, dwnlads, graphics, phts, interactive features and the like and their selectin and arrangement, and the trademarks, trade names, trade dress, service marks and lgs cntained therein are wned by r licensed t Dassault Systèmes S.E., and are subject t cpyright and ther intellectual prperty rights under all applicable laws. All rights nt expressly granted t the Participant in these Rules r in the Terms f Use f the Website are reserved By psting their Prjects t the Website, Participants: - represent that (i) they are the authr f the Prject upladed r (ii) they hld and will cntinue t hld the necessary rights, including but nt limited t all intellectual prperty rights in and t their Prjects t grant the rights thereby granted; - accept t grant, at a minimum, users f the Website the right t access and view their Prjects upladed thrugh the Website and transferred t the Applicatin; - grants the Organizer a wrldwide, ryalty-free, sub-licensable, transferable and nnexclusive license t use, cpy, distribute, reprduce, mdify, translate, adapt and publicly display her/his Prject cntent in any manner, frm, r frmat, partly r as a whle, n any media whatsever nw r hereinafter created, fr any purpses, in particular in cnnectin with the use and the prmtin f DS prducts and services fr the duratin f the legal prtectin f the intellectual prperty rights. Article 13: Agreement n evidence Except in the case f bvius errrs, it is agreed that the infrmatin resulting frm the Organizer s cntent systems shall be cnclusive evidence in any dispute regarding elements f cnnectin and the cmputer prcessing f such Cntest infrmatin.

9 Article 14: Cnferral f jurisdictin Participants are subject t French laws and in particular French regulatins applicable t games and cmpetitins. Any dispute that cannt be settled amicably shall be submitted t the cmpetent Curts f Paris.
