Projects costng more than $2,500 have been submtted for the approval of the Board of Trustees before authorzaton of work orders. 'Secretary [authorzed to japprove Alt & mp projects up to $10,000 Whle no search has been made to determne how long ago the $2,500 lmt was set, t has been n effect a long tme. Constructon costs have probably trpled or quadrupled n the meantme. t s proposed that the lmt be changed to $10,000 for projects whch would requre pror Board of Trustees approval. All projects would contnue to be reported to the Board of Trustees.
