Lindfield Sprts Centre (LSC) is a newly develped facility lcated in the Nrthern Suburbs f Sydney. Lindfield Sprts Centre perates under the banner f the West Lindfield Sprts and Recreatin Club (WLSRC), cnsisting f Lindfield Ftball Club as the biggest sub- club & stakehlder, and the West Lindfield Bwling club. The Lindfield Sprts Centre huses fur all- weather synthetic grass fields which can be flexibly cnverted int an pen playing area f 39x79 metres, all f which are fldlit. Alng with the all- weather fields, WLSRC als has bar and kitchen facilities. The fur new synthetic grass fields were cnstructed in early 2014 and can be hired ut fr activities such as birthday parties, crprate bkings and casual curt hire when nt utilised fr 5- a- side cmpetitins. 5- a- side cmpetitins are run all year rund, with ur Summer cmpetitin lking likely t be the mst ppular. Lindfield Sprts Centre Visin Lindfield Sprts Centre is a cmmunity facility with the aim t becme a facility where families and friends can get tgether ver a game f sprt in a cmfrtable envirnment, taking wnership and pride in what this cmmunity service has t ffer. The LSC aims t emply yung adults, either finishing high schl r university wh take pride and enjyment in sprt and the cmmunity.

4 Referee system Lindfield Sprts Centre is a whistle- free venue and due t this referees will prvide a vcal presence if they believe play needs t end r be temprarily paused. Referees and Game Supervisrs are there t facilitate the game and we wuld rather ur referee s nt be heard cnstantly thrughut the game and fr all players (and managers) t adpt a self- management system in which the hnesty system rules. This way we can create an envirnment in which participatin and enjyment are the key factrs with small emphasis being n the decisins f a referee. This has turned ut t be highly successful in ur Summer cmpetitin. The referees, hwever, have the pwer t impse themselves n the game when needed, fllwing the guidelines, disciplinary rules and actins t ensure the game is played in a fair, cnsistent and respectful manner. 5 Huse Rules Huse rules are t be upheld and respected when n the Lindfield Sprts Centre site: N fd, drink r chewing gum is t be taken r cnsumed n the fields N whistles are t be used by game supervisrs/referees N swearing is t take place during games this is a punishable ffence Nise limitatin. The LSC is based in a residential area and therefre we must respect ur neighburs by keeping nise levels lw when playing, spectating, leaving and exiting the premises LSC is an anti- bullying and anti- discriminatin envirnment with ur fcus n inclusin and enjyment LSC is a nn- smking venue. Smking is als prhibited in the car park. All nn- cmpeting siblings f players are t be supervised at all times! It is an ffence t climb n the fences, hang frm the gals, climb n the embankment ppsite Highfield Rad and thrw rcks n the side f the curts clsest t Primula Oval. 6 Car Park Lindfield Sprts Centre has a large car park hwever this may becme full at certain times. We ask that all verflw parking be dne n either Primula Street r n Lindfield Sprts Centre s side f Highfield Rad. There is als additinal parking arund Primula Oval. Please d nt park n Ignatius Rd, which runs parallel t the car park. We highly recmmend that cars be parked with rear t curb as the parking lt is tight and has varius blind spts. Please take cautin with yur parking and nly use up ne parking allcatin. The tp tw parking spts are reserved as Disabled Parking spts. 7 Match Day Fixtures will be available utside the kisk alng with the Cmpetitin Supervisr if yu need any assistance. This is lcated ppsite Curts 2/3. Only team managers are allwed nt the field f play, all ther parents/guardians must remain utside the fenced ff curts unless asked t enter by manager r referee N fd r drink is t be taken nt the field. Drink hlders will be prvided utside the field and players are able t access them during the brief half- time swap ver. All players MUST wear shinpads. It is als recmmended that all players wear ftball bts (n metal studs). We have fund that pimple studded bts are best fr use n the fields as a preference ver bladed studs which may becme ldged int the surface Fd, Drink and Bar: We have a small range f drinks and snacks available fr purchase at the kisk ppsite Curts 2/3. This is inclusive f sprts drinks, sft drinks, water and fruit juices. We als sell chips and chclate bars. At night, the bar will be pen and we will serve alchlic beverages. We can als prepare ht chips upn request. West Lindfield Sprts and Rec. Club is a licensed venue and it is strictly prhibited t bring yur wn alchl nt the premises. The bar lcated inside the clubhuse will be pen each cmpetitin night frm 7pm nwards. 8 Frequently Asked Questins Q) Where can I find my fixture list? A) This is als available by navigating ur website and clicking the Fixtures & Results tab at the tp f the screen. Then select yur divisin. The varius cmpetitins are listed. The fixtures are unlikely t have any majr changes, hwever we advise that yu check yur fixtures 24 hurs befre each match in case an adjustment has been made. We will make ur best effrts t cntact the Team Manager shuld a late change be made. Q) Where is the clsest train statin? A) The clsest train statin is Lindfield Statin. We are 1.3km away frm the statin and the majrity f the walk is dwnhill. The mst efficient way f getting t us is by walking alng Pacific Highway Killara- bund and then turning left dwn Highfield Rd. We are at 76A Highfield Rd. This walk will take apprximately 15 minutes. Alternatively; the 565 bus leaves frm Lindfield Statin every twenty minutes (3.30pm 8.30pm) and turns right int Ck Rd ff Highfield Rad, which is 75 metres befre Lindfield Sprts Centre. Q) As a manager, what must I rganise fr Match Day? A) Please ensure n matchday that yur team has arrived 15 minutes prir t kickff. We are running n strict timeslts and will nt allw games t run late. We will prvide referees fr every single game, as well as tw match balls. The Cmpetitin Supervisr will enter the scres based n what is recrded n the referee match card. N match day paperwrk is necessary fr the managers! Q) Can we wear Lindfield FC shirts as ur unifrm and/r use the Galkeeping jersey frm ur 2015 Lindfield FC seasn managers bags? A) Yu can wear yur Lindfield FC unifrms, but it is anticipated that ther teams will d the same. We recmmend a secndary shirt is always available, hwever we will have bibs n site. A specialised galkeeper shirt is nt necessary either; it just has t be a different clur t the utfield players n yur team. All Lindfield FC galkeeper jerseys shuld be returned t Lindfield FC. 9 Q) Can we warm- up n the Bwling Green? A) N warm- up activities can be undertaken n the bwling green. It must be left clear at all times. Daylight permitting, yu may use Primula Oval if yu feel yu need t have a warm- up. Q) What is yur wet weather plicy? A) Our curts are designed t sustain dry and wet weather cnditins. Games will cntinue as scheduled if it is raining. In the case f extreme weather cnditins, the Cmpetitin Supervisr will make a decisin as t whether r nt fixtures have t be pstpsed r abandned. We will als be implementing the 30/30 Lightning Rule. If yu are unsure if yur match is affected by questinable weather, please visit the fllwing link. A) As lng as the players are in a lwer divisin r lwer age grup than the team they will be brrwed fr, it is permitted t use ther players. Q) When des the cmpetitin start and end?
