1 Welcme t UFS Turb! Effective: Nv. 16, 2018 Turb is a frmat geared twards newer players and veterans alike. Cmpared t the Standard frmat, players d nt need as many cards t play Turb and the frmat always cnsists f the latest fur sets. Deck cnstructin ntes are listed n belw. 1) Turb Turnaments Players will play 60 minute Swiss runds determined by the number f entrants as per the Swiss Turnament Schedule. Swiss runds will be decided by a best f three game series. The turnament will be cut t single eliminatin as per the Swiss Turnament Schedule. Eliminatin runds are untimed. Swiss Rund Schedule 8-16 Players = 4 Runds Players = 5 Runds Players = 6 Runds Players = 7 Runds Players = 8 Runds 257+ Players = 9 Runds Eliminatin Runds 9-16 Players = Cut t Tp Players = Cut t Tp Players = Cut t tp 16 The Diversity Rule is nt enfrced in Turb turnaments. 2) Deck Cnstructin Decks must be exactly 41 cards (40 main deck + 1 Starting Character) Up t 4 cpies f any card N sidebard Only cards with the fllwing watermarks are legal in Turb. In additin, nly cards frm their respective sets can be played. This means that n champin cards r prm cards are allwed in Turb with the exceptin f Bx Tppers. The player ging first may chse t put all cards in their hand n the bttm f their deck and then draw back up t their starting hand size. The player ging secnd may take a Turb Mulligan Turb Mulligan- Chse any number f cards frm yur hand and put thse cards n the bttm f yur deck. Draw back up t yur starting hand size. After bth players cmplete the mulligan, each player that tk a mulligan shuffles their deck. Their ppnent has the ptin t cut their deck nce shuffling is cmplete. When cycling the deck, remve 5 cards frm the game. All ther Standard UFS game rules apply.

3 4) Registratin T register a sanctined UFS Turb event, cntact Turb@jascgames.cm at least 21 days prir t the event with the date and venue f the Turb event. Things t keep in mind when registering fr a UFS Turb event: The entry fee fr each UFS Turb event is $5.00. An event must have a minimum f 8 registered players in rder t be sanctined. In the case f an event nt reaching the minimum player cunt, players will be refunded their entire entry fee and the event will nt be recrded. A venue may register fr as many events as they wuld like during the UFS Turb seasn.

4 5) Prizes! Player s f a sanctined UFS Turb event earn 50 Redemptin pints fr participating. Player s that win a UFS Turb event earn: 1,000 additinal Redemptin pints (1,050 ttal pints after participatin). 3 Player f the Year pints. Qualificatin t participate in the UFS Turb Wrld Champinship. Imprved seeding in the UFS Turb Wrld Champinship (see ntes belw). Tp 8 players at the UFS Turb Wrld Champinship will receive: 5 th thrugh 8 th place: 3 Player f the Year pints 3 rd & 4 th place: 5 Player f the Year pints. 2 nd Place: 10 Player f the Year pints. 1 st Place: 15 Player f the Year pints. The UFS Turb Wrld Champin will receive the keys and title t a custm built, turb charged sprts car. Half f the entry fees cllected frm the turb events will be used n imprvements and upgrades t the car. Jasc Games will be psting updates peridically n benchmarks made fr the upgrades, including images and vides f the grand prize. Ntes: -Unlike Standard UFS turnaments, players earn n Player f the Year pints during rund play. -Fr each UFS Turb event that a player wins, they will receive higher seeding in the UFS Turb Wrld Champinship. -Redemptin pints earned during the UFS Turb seasn may nt be shared with ther players. -All UFS Turb Redemptin Pints will be awarded t players AFTER the Wrld Champinship.

5 7) Imprtant Dates The UFS Turb Seasn begins n September 23, The final date f the UFS Turb seasn is March 16, The Turb Wrld Champinship will take place March 30, 2019 in Omaha Nebraska.
