Sirs, Sealed Quotations on printed letter heads are invited for supply of the following items as per the specifications mentioned in the Annexure-I. The estimated cost of the items is Rs.1,70,000/-. The quotation may be forwarded in the following format: Sl. Total Cost Per Unit The offer shall be subject to the following terms and conditions: 1. The successful vendor shall supply all the above items within 6 weeks of receipt of the Purchase Order. 2. Place of Delivery : Under Secretary(SSS), Department of Atomic Energy, Anushakti Bhavan, C.S.M.Marg, Mumbai All the items shall be strictly as mentioned in the respective technical specification(annexure-i). 4. The quotation should contain total cost per Unit (all inclusive) with clear break-up of the price, VAT, any other tax etc., as applicable. If this is not applicable, the fact should be mentioned clearly in the offer. 5. The products quality shall be as mentioned in the specification in Annexure-I. Plain samples should be submitted and approved by the Department before customprinting work. 6. Following should be noted while printing the DAE Logo on any crockery: a. Size of DAE Logo should be as per the scale of the actual item b. Minimum size of DAE Logo should be 1 inch x 1 inch c.
