(2),(3) & (4) above for procurement of HTTV Static Energy Meters - Category-A,B &C) under CAPEX Programme. A) For Tender Specification No-CESU /P&S/ CAPEX /HTTV Meter-(Cat-A)/25/ for Procurement of HTTV Static Energy Meters -Category-A), following Clauses of our original Tender Specification are amended as follows. Sl No Specification Clause No of GTCC Description ( Existing Provisions) The bidder shall guarantee for satisfactory performance of the equipments/materials for a minimum period of 60 months from the date of installation or 66 months from the date of supply which ever ends latter. The HT Tri-vector meter should be 3-phase 4-wire type suitable for connection to a 3 phase 4 wires as well as 3-phase 3-wire system. Amendments / Clarifications The bidder shall guarantee for satisfactory performance of the equipments/ materials for a minimum period of 66 months from the date of supply of materials. The HT Tri-vector meter should be 3- phase 4-wire type suitable for connection to a 3 phase 4 wires system. 1 of 12

2 Meter Cover and extended terminal block cover (ETBC)... with minimum thickness of2.0 mm on all sides except 4.0 mm on load bearing sides The Meter shall have meter case opening detection mechanism. The event shall be indicated on meter display continuously in auto scroll mode & shall be logged in memory. The detection & logging mechanism shall work even when meter is not energized. In case of indication in display, it shall get reset in 150 days, logic shall be defined.on opening of the meter case relevant display like cover open count, last cover open date and time shall be updated and event shall be logged permanently as per DLMS. The meter should have tin plated brass terminals suitable for termination of service cable For outdoor use meter shall be installed in sealed enclosure conforming to IP 55. Meter Cover and extended terminal block cover (ETBC) shall be totally transparent & made of unbreakable high grade flame retardant & injection moulded in UV stabilized poly carbonate with minimum thickness of 2.0 mm on all sides and of good dielectric & mechanical strength. The Meter shall have meter case opening detection mechanism. The event shall be indicated on meter display continuously in auto scroll mode & shall be logged in memory. The detection & logging mechanism shall work even when meter is not energized. The meter should have tin / Nickel plated brass terminals suitable for termination of service cable. 4 RANDOM SAMPLE TEST AFTER DELIVERED AT STORE:The consignment of meters received at area Stores shall be accepted only after testing of meters at any nationalizes laboratory, at purchaser " s laboratory or any other standard laboratory and the testing charges will be borne by the supplier. Samples of meter shall be selected randomly ( one in case of CPRI) from a lot of meters supplied and sent to Purchasers Lab, CPRI or any other standard laboratory for acceptance test as per relevant ISS, CBIP Report and as per procedure Technical specification Amended As :- The consignment of meters received at area Stores shall be accepted only after testing of meters at any nationalized laboratory, at purchaser s laboratory or any other standard laboratory and the testing charges will be borne by the supplier. The Bidder has to provide Users Manual with each meter. The logic of tamper events such as current imbalance, CT short, CT Open, Low voltage, High Voltage & voltage unbalance etc. shall be provided either in the users manual or in separate booklet/sheet with each meter The recording of tamper events will be on FIFA basis & the event logging shall be Voltage related-75 events, Current related-75 events & Other tamper-50 events. The Bidder has to provide Users Manual with each meter.
