3 SUPPLY OF OFFICE STATIONERIES, PRINTED ITEMS & SWEEPING ITEMS FOR THE YEAR Terms and Conditions: 1. Sealed quotations are invited from the Registered Suppliers/Firms for supply of Stationery items/printed Forms for the office use for the year which shall be received by 15 hours on The Quotationers have to submit attested copies of VAT Clearance Certificate/TIN Number/PAN Card alongwith the quotations. 3. The quotation complete in all respect shall be received through Regd. Post/Speed Post only so as to reach to the undersigned by 3.00 P.M. on or before The Authority will not be responsible for any loss or delay in receipt of quotations through postal service. 4. The quotations for printed forms, stationery items & Sweeping articles should be sealed and super scribed in separate covers. 5. The intending quotationer for supply of printing items can also obtain the sample copies of printing items from the Store Asst. of CDA from to The sealed quotations shall be opened at 4.30 A.M. on in CDA Conference Hall in presence of the quotationers or their authorized representatives. 7. The quotationers quoted their price should be inclusive of all taxes, labour and freight charges to CDA Store at A.M.B. Link Road, Cuttack. 8. The quotationers will have to deposit Rs (Rupees One thousand) only towards cost of Tender paper (Non-refundable) & to deposit of Rs.5000/- towards E.M.D. in shape of Bank Draft drawn in favour of Finance & Accounts Member, CDA. Cuttack Incomplete and conditional quotations are liable for rejection. 10. The materials should strictly confirm to the specification as per Annexure- A, B & C. 11. The quotationers have to submit sample of all stationery items/printed forms & sweeping articles alongwith the quotations. 12. Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations without assigning any reason thereof. 13. Payment will be made after supply of materials full in good condition within a period of 30 (thirty) days on receipt of the bill. 14.
