21 First Step/Small Cg SciENCV represents a first attempt t build a framewrk fr gathering data frm multiple different Federal Agencies and expsing it fr cnsumptin alng with crrelated data frm ther surces. The grand visin shuld be t create a framewrk f interperable data sets based n bradly accepted standards t prmte scientific discvery, make research administratin mre efficient and reduce administrative burden SciENCV is nly ne part f this framewrk, but a particularly imprtant ne, as the Federal Agencies represent a key surce f authritative data withut which the grand visin becmes much harder t attain.
