7 Partnership requirements Partnerships must invlve at least three rganisatins frm at least tw different ACP Member States. The number f nn-acp partners in a partnership cannt be greater than the number f ACP partners. There is n upper limit n the number f members in a partnership. Hwever, a partnership shuld be cmpsed in such a way as t allw fr the achievement f prject bjectives in the mst efficient manner.
