2 April Releases Ribbon Quilt Mix & Match Collection/ Diamond Club Release This collection is completely different from any collection we have ever created at Anita Goodesign. We are combining quilt blocks with grosgrain ribbon to create woven quilt blocks. There are 24 different designs and they all contain unique weaving patterns, some of the blocks even have applique flowers included as well. We used a unique system of placement stitches for the ribbon so that multiple blocks line up with ease. All of the blocks use the same size ribbon 7/8, this is the most common size and you are not limited to grosgrain ribbon, any 7/8 ribbon will do. Navajo Mix and Match Collection Every few years we create a Southwestern collection. We couldn t wait to incorporate Southwestern artwork into our Mix and Match quilting system. There are 20 different Navajo designs in this collection that include beautiful quilted backgrounds and stippling. There are also 5 different transitional blocks to use in your quilts. Best of all, this is like 2 collections in one! Each of the Navajo designs come as individual designs without the backgrounds. Mexican Days of the Week Vintage Mini Collection//Diamond Club Release Quilt for all Seasons- Summer Mix and Match Collection These designs feature the days of week in Spanish with Mexican inspired designs. With this collection you can create the look of hand embroidered designs on your embroidery machine! The designs look like redwork, but actually stitches are repeated 7 times to mimic the look of hand embroidered threads. English titles for the days of the week are included in the designs as well! This is a folded fabric collection that includes 4 different blocks. Each of the four blocks comes in six versions. The different designs on each block are beach scenes, boats, sea shells, tropical flowers, fish, lettering and fun in the sun. All of the designs are created with a bold 5- ply redwork stitch. There are also three other types of blocks included in this collection, a medium square, small square and rectangle. These blocks have whimsical sayings and additional designs on them. These additional blocks offer a multitude of different design options. 2
