We were busting at the seams... literally! So the first week of January we moved into a bigger building within the same business complex. It has been crazy as you all know how much fun moving is... but we are up and running, still unpacking boxes and moving furniture but really excited to have more space! We are looking forward to a great year with more beautiful embroidery designs, and even more exciting and educational events. We have made some changes this year that will make our customer service even better and more streamlined for our dealers and consumers. If you are ever in the area come by and visit. 3 Folded Fabric Quilt Labels Mini Collection/Diamond Club Release Corners & Borders Full Collection/Diamond Club Release February Releases As you know, we create a lot of quilts at Anita Goodesign and now we are creating a collection of quilt label designs to personalize the back of your quilts so future generations will always know who created it. There are 15 different labels in this collection and they all feature the folded fabric technique. All of the designs are for the 5 x7 hoop. Foundations Special Edition What we have done is created a collection that consists of quilt blocks that easily merge with your existing designs and allows you to create beautiful quilts in your machine without using any software. You simply open the desired background block, merge your existing embroidery design and stitch the block! You will end up with a perfectly centered quilt block complete with your choice of many backgrounds and borders. This collection doesn t just come with square blocks. There are 3 different sizes of squares, 2 different rectangles, 2 different mitered corners and 2 different triangles. With these combinations you can create hundreds of different quilts! After we created the collection Napkin Corners a few months ago we decided to take the concept a step further and create larger corners that are perfect for napkins, table cloths and centerpieces. This is a design collection that started as a project used at our Embroidery Parties. We wanted to create a project that demonstrated how to embroider on a napkin without any fancy hooping or stabilizer tricks. The project turned into a collection after we saw how excited everyone got when they discovered how easy it was. This collection contains 15 different themes that can be used as corners only for napkins or using the corners with side borders to create table runners and table cloths. The Rose Special Edition The Rose collection is an artistic design set upon a folded fabric background consisting of 45 blocks in four sizes. The largest size is 40 x 72 when completed and creates a beautiful wall hanging. 3

February Releases Rachel s Recipes Projects Collection Zippy Bag Projects Collection Our in-house artist, Rachel, loves to create unique and delicious recipes and with that came the creative idea of embroidering these wonderful recipes on some fun and funky tea towels. These tea towels would make a great house warming gift for a newlywed or a perfect hostess gift for friends and neighbors. 10 delicious recipes and 3 different hem variations to decorate your tea towels. Hoop sizes are 6 x 10 or 8 x 12 for this project. This is a fun project and you really should try these simple but delicious recipes for yourself. We have already taste tested them here at Anita Goodesign; so we are sure we will enjoy them! For more recipes from Rachel, visit her food blog at The Zippy Bag is a fast and functional project that will have you using up your stash in no time! Using three coordinating fat quarters, each piece is quilted in the embroidery hoop; then you add your finished zippers and strap. These bags are quick to make and easy to grab on the go. With a variety of designs from which to choose, your choice of fabric and color will allow your creativity to shine! 20 designs total.
