SECTION A: ESSAY QUESTION 1 INSTRUCTIONS TO MARKERS (EDUCATS) Candidates are required t write n ONE tpic nly. The ideas listed belw the tpics are nly sme f the ways in which the tpics can be interpreted. Full credit must be given fr the candidates wn interpretatin. Marking must be bjective.
