The great High Lrds f Terra have deemed this battle zne s extremely imprtant, that extra measures are t be taken in rder t aid the trps entrenched there. With this edict recently passed dwn, high level cmmanders have created several rest and relaxatin (R&R) znes t help in the recvery f battlefield mral; AKA Camp AdeptiCn as the trps have begun calling them. As trps and units are mved t these camps, they will be able t spend sme time relaxing and refrming. Camp staff have been sent ut t setup the camps in secured in green znes; and several units have already been prcessed thrugh these camps t great effect and increased mral!!! Yur valiant service has been recgnized by the all mighty High Lrds f Terra, and in their greatness they have been gracius enugh t grant yu leave t Camp Adep-ti-Cn2015 fr sme much needed rest, fun, and relaxatin befre yu are cycled back int the cnflict. During yur time at camp, yur unit will be resupplied and re-staffed as yu enjy yurself. We wuld like t remind yu, that as a highlight experienced sldier, please remember be as welcming pssible t yur new battle brthers take them under yur wing, and shw them the rpes. Each team will be given a team identifier. Players shuld be prepared fr the unexpected - such as extra bjectives and surprise terrain - remember this is The Friendly; we are lking t have sme light-hearted fun!

3 MERIT BADGES Every missin yu will have the chance t earn a selectin f unique Merit Badges. Each Merit Badge may nly be achieved by ne player in a game, except in Missin 2, where each player can achieve all the Merit badges. Certain badges may nly be achieved by ne player thrugh the entire turnament! Yell fr a Judge LOUDLY when this happens there can be nly ne!!! Make sure t try t earn it quickly! Each Merit Badge achieved is wrth 2 Battle Pints. MISSION 1 Track Star: Get ut there and find sme fun! T earn this merit badge, have a unit whlly within yur ppnent s deplyment zne at the end f yur turn and then have that same unit whlly within yur deplyment zne at the end f a later turn. Please mark units accrdingly. Explrer: There are lts f nifty places here, if yu take the time t lk. Have at least ne unit whlly within each terrain feature in the game at sme pint in the game; this desn t need t be the same unit. Friendly!!!: Camp is a place t make new friends, make sure t intrduce yurself! Launch a multiple assault. Early Bird: Waking up first, and being ready fr sme camp fun, is imprtant! Deply every unit during the deplyment phase. If bth players d this the ne wh ges first earns it, after all, they were first! Night Owl: Yu're t cl t get t camp early. Have at least half yur units, runding up, in reserve at the start f the game. Rivalry (Unique): There's always the tw camper that butt heads the mst. Challenge the enemy Warlrd with yur warlrd. The Warlrd just has t be in the unit being challenged. YELL FOR A JUDGE REALLY LOUD WHEN THIS HAPPENS, THER CAN BE ONLY ONE!!!!! MISSION 2 Lner: Being alne is fun t! Have a unit never within six inches f anther friendly unit. Earn this with the unit is remved frm play r at the end f the game if the cnditin is met. If bth players are eligible t earn this at the end f the game, the player ging secnd earns it. Best Friends: Best friends d everything tgether. Yu and yur teammate successfully assault the same unit in the same turn. Ging fr a Dip: Have a nice swim. Have a mdel reach the center f the lake. Keg Party: Yu and yur ally each have a unit whlly within a piece f a terrain in yur ppnent s half f the table. (Buy yur teammate a drink!) Arts and Crafts: Yu and yur ally have each f yur highest pint unit d nthing fr a turn. They can t mve, sht, run, assault, add Psychic dice, r manifest Psychic pwers. If they are lcked in assault they may nt strike blws. This can t be achieved Game Turn 1. If bth teams d this in the same Game Turn, then neither team earns this and it can be attempted again next Game Turn. Spread Out and Search (Unique): It's always a gd idea t spread ut, right? Nt Afraid! Assault Jasn with yur Warlrd. Gtta Get Away! Have a unit reach yur ppnent s table edge and then remve them permanently frm play. BBF! 4 BATTLE ORDERS BATTLE ORDERS 1. Terrain: Terrain is nt fixed. Place Crystal Lkae in the center f the table, then players rll-ff and alternate placing terrain. N piece f terrain may be placed within 4 f anther piece f terrain r the bard edge. 2. Generate Pre-game Abilities: Determine Cmbat Squads, determine pre-game abilities such as Warlrd Traits, Psychic Pwers, Gifts f Mutatin, Demnic Rewards and the like. When generating Warlrd Traits, re-rll any rll that results in Tactical Trait: Master f Fate (#5). 3. Night Fighting: Either player can declare that they wish t fight the battle at night. If either player des s, rll a D6 befre deplyment: n a rll f 4+, the Night Fighting special rule is in effect during game turn 1 and all units have the Stealth special rule. 4. Determine Deplyment Znes: Players rll-ff and the winner chses his deplyment zne/table half. 5. Determine Deplyment Order: Players rll-ff and the winner decides wh will deply first and wh will deply secnd. 6. Deplyment: The side deplying first then must set up all units in their army (including Frtificatins*). Then the ther side sets up all units in their army (including Frtificatins*). Reslve Infiltrating units and Scut mves. 7. Determine First Player: The player that deplyed first can chse t take the first r secnd turn; their ppnent can attempt t Seize the Initiative. If yur ppnent s army includes a Lrd f War, and yurs des nt, yu receive +1 t this rll. Game Length: Variable Game Length will be utilized in all missins. Missin Special Rules: Night Fighting, Reserves and Merit Badges are in effect fr all missins. * Frtificatins nw deply with the rest f yur army in yur Deplyment Zne. In general, Frtificatins may nt be placed in terrain and must be placed in an pen area in the player s Deplyment Zne, ignring the minimum distance rules fr terrain. If n such space exists in a player s Deplyment Zne, a single piece f terrain may be shifted the minimum distance required t fit the Frtificatin. FRIENDLY UNITS Friendly Units are thse which we d nt see very ften in the turnament envirnment. They are ften cnsidered inferir and nt as effective as ther mre rbust chices. That said, many f these units can be incredibly fun t play with in ther envirnments. We believe all squads need a little lve, and deserve t see the battlefield; and we want t reward thse players wh share this pint f view! Belw yu will find a list f units that we are calling Friendly Units. We will be awarding bnus pints t Teams where players take ne f the units listed belw at maximum strength. T cntrl a table quarter, each player adds up the pint cst f all their units in that quarter. The player with the mst pints present wins the quarter. MISSION SPECIAL RULES Reserves (pg. 135) Merit Badges Arriving at Camp: This missin DOES NOT utilize the Night Fight special rule. Ntes n Table Quarters: Table quarters are determined by drawing tw lines thrugh the center f the battlefield, parallel t the table edges. A unit may nly cntribute t the cntrl f ONE table quarter at a time. If a unit is spread between multiple table quarters, the unit is cnsidered t be in the table quarter cntaining a MAJORITY f that unit. If this is unclear, then randmly determine which table quarter the unit is in. 3. Linebreaker: If, at the end f the game, yu have at least ne mdel frm ne r mre scring units cmpletely within 12 f the enemy s table edge, yu achieve this bjective. 8 JASON! Place Jasn in the center f the table at the start f the game. He is cnsidered bth a unit and The Relic. Jasn cannt be cntrlled while he is alive. Once he lses his last Wund, he becmes The Relic and can be mved/seized per the rules fr The Relic (pg. 147). If Jasn revives, he immediately becmes a unit again. If Jasn was currently being carried by a unit, he is cnsidered in assault with that unit and cunts as charging that unit this turn. At the beginning f each Mvement Phase, if nt lcked in cmbat, Jasn mves 4D6 (ignring Difficult and Dangerus Terrain and mving arund Impassible Terrain) twards the clsest visible unit, staying 1 away frm all units. At the end f the Charge Sub phase, if Jasn is within 12 f a unit he attempts t assault them, subject t the nrmal rules fr assaults. If he wins cmbat, he cnslidates as nrmal, althugh always twards the clsest visible unit.
