1 Designing and Erection of Exhibition Stall for Gujarat State Forest Development Corporation (GSFDC) Ltd. in MSME Convention at Exhibition Ground, Nr. Mahatma Mandir, Gandhinagar under the aegis of Vibrant Gujarat (VG- 2019) from 18 th to 20 th January 2019 MSME Convention is organized under the Vibrant Gujarat (VG-2019) at the Exhibition Ground Gandhinagar from 18th to 20th January Gujarat State Forest Development Corporation Ltd.,(GSFDC Ltd) is participating in the exhibition by erecting their own stall. The event will be for 3 days. GSFDC Ltd. will be having space of 36 Sq.mt. area (4 stalls of 3 x 3 sq.mt.) in the exhibition hall. Designing concepts are invited from the interested agencies to Design and Erect the exhibition stall in the allotted site of mega exhibition based on the below mentioned Theme. Interested agencies shall apply in prescribed format and present their proposal before the selection committee for short listing the agencies based on pre decided evaluation criteria. The agencies should submit the basic data in sealed cover marked as the Annexure I- Basic information. Bidder agency will be required to prepare a design for the stall and erect it based on the following Theme. 1. Theme of the Exhibition Exhibition stall of GSFDC Ltd. to be erected in exhibition ground, Gandhinagar, with the conceptual theme- "VAN DHAN THI AADI VIKAS" with appropriate innovative ideas covering latest audio-video visual effects. The details of the theme is attached herewith 2. Terms and Conditions 1. Concept designs are invited from the interested agencies to design and erect the Exhibition Stall of GSFDC LTD in MSME Convention under the aegis of Vibrant Gujarat to be held from 18 th January to 20th January Agencies shall be submit the Basic data in sealed cover marked as the Annexure I Basic Information in sealed cover. 3. Copy of Necessary Documents required and the print out of 3D design should be sent in Hard copy in a sealed cover. 4. All the pages shall be duly signed authorized person with name, designation, seal and date. 5. Marking system for evaluation will be done as specified below. Hence all bidder agencies are requested to structure their presentation accordingly, so as to enable proper evaluation.
