3 OUR TECHNOLOGIES OEM / BESPOKE DRIVER DESIGN Our maufacturig capabilities allow us to be ultra flexible to the eeds of Origial Equipmet Maufacturers (OEMs). CHASSIS CONSTRUCTION Optimised i the desig process usig fiite elemet aalysis (FEA) to provide maximum stregth, resistace agaist thermal ad other exteral forces. The majority of Fae chassis are made of high grade die-cast alumiium. VOICE COILS AND FORMERS We have i excess of forty differet former materials at our disposal, each coil is desiged with the former characteristics i mid. Not all desigs work well with a stadard former material. To optimise desigs, i additio to stadard copper, various other wire materials ad applicatio techiques are specified such as alumiium, Copper Clad Alumiium Wire (CCAW), silver, square wire, multi-layer ad edge widig. INSIDE/ OUTSIDE WINDINGS VOICE COILS Fae have used this techology for a umber of years. Not all desigs beefit from this method of widig, ad agai, each product is desiged with a optimised voice coil geometry. VENTED VOICE COILS Veted voice coils are used to miimise air turbulece withi the motor ad voice coil assembly. MOTOR ASSEMBLY MATERIALS Fully optimised, Fiite Elemet Aalysis (FEA) motor structure desigs esure the highest possible magetic flux from miimum mass. 4 OUR TECHNOLOGIES 4 SUSPENSION MATERIALS Suspesio systems are a highly importat part of our desig ad developmet process. By takig the time to esure the correct materials are used, optimises ot oly the drivers behaviour ad TSP parameters, but also the toal character of the driver. DOUBLE SILICON SUSPENSION Cosistig of two spiders adhered together with a special silico mixture. The result is ehaced liear pisto actio ad improved ability to cotrol the movig mass. DUAL SUSPENSIONS Two spiders separated by a spacer rig that provides exceptioal mechaical stability ad liearity for drivers with larger Xmax travel.
