The first little robin we spot hopping along in the grass is somewhat of a little celebrity. Even the common dandelion is quite a lovely sight when it is the first to lift its golden head. As Quilters in Michigan are waiting for warm and sunny days to return, they pass the time by surrounding themselves with fabric... lots of beautiful, colorful, inspiring fabric. Seven Sisters Quilt Shop is fairly bursting with bright and happy color just now, plenty enough to get us all through until Spring is here to stay. Quilters say that a new a project always seems to help pass the time. Quilt classes at Seven Sisters are so enjoyable, and a great way to get to know fellow quilters. This is also the time of year that quilters are thinking ahead to upcoming weddings, graduations and family gatherings. They will be more than ready when the time comes...with love, hugs and warmth, all sewn up in the shape of a quilt. The recipient is always delighted, and so is the giver.
