This runner is the first of many Ready Set Sew projects from Quilting Treasures Fabrics. You will learn the unique Strip-It block technique used in the runner as an easy way to make an impressive block. A kit is required for this 2-session class. 2 Dear Jane Club with Jan Vaine Saturdays, February 10, March 10 and April 21 1:00-3:30pm Brenda Papadakis authored the book, Dear Jane, to recreate the wonderful quilt made by Jane Stickle in This quilt and Brenda s book have inspired quilters for the past 20 years! Join Jan on this quilting journey to make your version of Jane s intriguing quilt. The techniques learned while working on the blocks will add to or im prove upon your quilting skills, from machine to hand piecing, English paper piecing, and hand applique. This is an ongoing club and you can join at any time. Cost: $45.00 for class quarter, $26.00 book Embroidery Club with Anne Morgan Second Tuesday of every month 2:00-8:00pm Do you own an embroidery machine but haven t really used it? Join us the second Tuesday of each month for an afternoon of stitching and networking. Arrive any time after 2 but around 6 we will have show and tell, snacks followed by a hands-on project or demonstration. 3 Free Motion Freedom for Beginners with Sally Terry* Tuesday, April 17 10:30am-2:00pm OR Saturday, April 21 10:30am-2:00pm You have been asking for a Free Motion Class and here it is. The perfect class to get comfortable with your machine and learn how to follow patterns and stencils using Free Motion Techniques with Wiggle Room. Find out how to move your arms, focus your eyes and keep your shapes consistent. Receive patterns with Wiggle Room that will make you look perfect and hide the bobbles and wobbles. If you have taken any Free Motion Classes this class will be a great help to increase your skill level. We will even try a few Free Motion Fill Designs too. Don t be shy! See you there! 4 Matchsticks with Sally Terry* Wednesday, March 7 6:00-9:00pm Use 4 1/4" strips to create this super simple quilt that really shows off your favorite fabrics. Use 2 fabrics of the same color family and 1 contrasting fabric plus an accent square in the bright solid. This makes a fabulous Modern Quilt with a black or white accent square. Pick out your 4 fabrics and be ready to light up your day. Learn to work with fabric strips so when sewing they don't draw or bubble and your quilt top lays flat. This quilt top can be added to with additional strips to increase the size. Perfect Beginner Basics class. Expand your skill set and learn new tips and techniques for curved and foundation piecing". We will work on one block, which will allow you to make anything in the book. You can continue and make more blocks for a quilt or wall hanging, or use the one you make for a beautiful pillow! Cost: $45.00 class, $27.95 book Night Stitchers with Michele Maron Fridays, February 2 and 16, March 2, April 6 and 20 3:00pm-midnight Come have fun and sew with us! Great way to meet new friends and get some projects done. Sign up in advance to reserve your seat it fills up quickly! Cost: $10.00 per session Pinwheel Parade with Sally Terry* Tuesday, February 20 OR Saturday, March 31 10:30am-2:30pm Use 2½" strips and some simple clever Strip Piecing along with some fun easy cutting and trimming to make the octagon shape for your quilt blocks. Because it is strip pieced, this goes quicker than you may imagine. And, believe me, it is truly a no stress quilt and the centers even match every time! So grab your favorite prints in contrasting darks and medium and sprinkle in a few medium-light value prints plus you can use a soft subtle background print, which really works well with strong prints. Now you have it made from Crib to King. Cost: $22.50 class, $8.50 pattern Quilt As You Go with Robyn Nelson Wednesday, February 21 10:30am-1:30pm We will work on a table runner or placemat learning the quilt as you go technique. The book we are using has 16 projects in all shapes and sizes that are all done with the quilt as you go method. Once you learn the technique, you will be able to do any of these projects and much more! Cost: $22.50 class, $18.00 book Rail and Square Quilt with Michele Maron* Mondays, February 12, 19 and 26 6:00-9:00pm This is a beautiful quilt made from just 3 fabrics! It makes a great quilt for those sports fans in your life (mine is Gators) or just a beautiful lap quilt for your family room. I have 2 samples to give you an idea of what you can do and I've also done it in batiks - just beautiful! As you can tell, this is one of my favorite "go to" patterns for a gift or a family member. It is a great beginner class as well as the experienced quilter - truly enjoyed by all. Cost: $30.00 class, $10.00 pattern

Cost: $80.00, $ for Full Table Strip Tube Chevron with Diane Slaughter* Saturday, February 17 10:30am-2:30pm Make a lap size chevron patterned quilt using the strip tube technique and ruler. Choose a jellyroll (must purchase at Cinnamon's) or a custom jellyroll from Cinnamon's and two yards background fabric. All fabric will be cut in class. Class is free when you purchase a jellyroll, strip tube ruler and book at Cinnamon's. Cost: FREE for class, with purchase of fabric, $18.95 Book, $19.95 Ruler T-Shirt Quilt with Michele Maron* Mondays, March 5, 12 and 26 6:00-9:00pm T-Shirt Quilts are a great way to celebrate, remember, or say "Thank you". They are easy to construct and give the recipient fond memories of past good times. Nice for grads, sports fans, and anyone who just can't get rid of those old T-Shirts. All levels of quilters will enjoy making this wonderful memory quilt! Cost: $50.00 class, $19.96 book Zola Quilt with Michele Maron* Mondays, April 2, 9 and 16 6:00-9:00pm This is a really fun quilt :). I bought as a kit, but would also love it made in Kaffe Fassett, Tula Pink or any fabric you just love!! It's a wonderful beginner quilt or just fun for the experienced quilter. You'll smile every time you see it! It is easy piecing, giving you time to get those seams perfect. Cost: $45.00 class, includes pattern

6 CLASS POLICIES Classes are reserved on a first come, first served basis. You are only guaranteed a spot in the class if you have paid for it. We can take a credit card over the phone, you can order online or come in. Our system does not allow us to hold a spot without payment. -- Store credits will only be given for a cancellation made 6 days before the scheduled class. For cancellations made 2-5 days prior to class, store credits will be provided for 50% of the class fee to your customer account. NO refunds will be given for the "no shows" or cancellations made within 24 hours of the class. Please note teachers are not required to offer make up classes. -- You will be notified 5 days prior to class date if the class does not make and we will refund the full class fee. -- Class fees DO NOT include supplies or pattern unless stated in the class description. -- We try to start classes on time. Please arrive 15 minutes ahead of class to set up and get last minute supplies. Be ready when class begins. For before/after hour classes, we will open the doors 20 minutes before class begins. -- Children under 18 and guests are not permitted in adult classes. -- Please be familiar with the machine you are using. Please remember the power cords, foot pedal and all accessories (manual if needed). -- Please make sure your class will make before you buy supplies. A supply list will be given at the time of sign ups and are available on our website, Patterns and cut yardage are non-returnable. -- If an item is needed for class that is a special order, all orders must be received no later than the Monday of the week before class to ensure item will be delivered in time for class. This excludes possible backorders that are beyond our control. -- If you have signed up for a retreat or special event, store credit will be given only if we can fill your spot. Many times this is possible because we have a waiting list. We will try our hardest to fill the vacant spot, but no promises. Upcoming Events Sit and Stitch with EGA Sunday, February 11, :00-4:00pm duclay Chapter of the Embroiderers Guild of America (EGA) will be hosting a sit and stitch on Sunday afternoon noon to 4pm. This is open to anyone - EGA membership is not required. Come stitch with us for an hour or all afternoon. Bring your hand sewing, EPP, punch needle, surface embroidery, wool applique, cross stitch, needlepoint or anything done with a needle. Please no machines due to space constraints for this event. Light refreshments will be served.
