Day one, you ll embroider a tea towel, T-Shirt and bag, while on day two, you ll focus on in-the-hoop techniques with a zippered purse and stuffed animal. $90/2 classes includes designs and class kit ($30) Epic Bonus Class Wednesday October 26, 10-4pm Walk through your new machine s features AND creative possibilities. Stuff my Stocking Dec 1-14, 2016, 8AM The Pine Ridge elves love preparing this event for all of you! They scout for sewing/knitting/embroidery supplies all year long then each morning (except Sundays), starting December 1 st, they ll and Facebook the item of the day. If it s something you want, reply and the elves will put it in your Stocking which will be available for pickup at the potluck 11AM Dec 16-Dec Noon.

2 KNITTING CLASSES Knit Socks Saturdays Nov. 12, 26 & Dec. 10, 1-3pm Learn how to knit your own socks! Join Rachel DeWeerd and take your knitting to the next level learning to knit in-theround with DPNs or circular needles. Knit from the cuff down with ribbing, a heel flap and gusset. $40/3 sessions includes pattern, supplies extra Knitting SOS Tuesdays Sept.20, Oct.18, Nov., Dec.20, 10-12pm Whether tackling your first sweater, or a new neckline on your hundredth, this class is a fun way to grow your skills! You ll see (and learn from) what others are doing and asking. Kim de Bruin can help you with a particular tricky stitch, translating instructions or a quick demo of sewing up or such... Student must have basic knitting skills. $20 Learn to Knit Thursdays September & 29, 6-8pm Thursdays October 13 & 27, 6-8pm If you ve never touched a knitting needle but love yarn and knitwear, this class is for you. Rachel DeWeerd will teach you the knitting basics: how to cast on, knit, purl, increase, decrease, cast off and how to decode those patterns. Needle types, yarns and gauge will also be discussed. $35/2 classes, includes class kit ($10) Want to take a class? Your sewing machine isn t portable? Talk to our friendly staff about renting one! Sergers and embroidery machines too. As low as $5/class! Cancellation Policy Registration with payment is required to reserve your seat in class. If you do not attend your class fees will not be refunded or transferred. You will only receive a full refund with 48 hours advance notice. Classes may be cancelled if less than three students are registered. If we cancel a class, you are entitled to a full refund or class transfer. QUILTING CLASSES Beginner Quilting (with a Sewing Machine) Wednesdays September 14-October 19, 10-1pm In this introductory, but fun for everyone course, you ll begin and finish a quilt in six weeks!
