2 SGN PROGRAM FOR THE MCGRATH BUSNESS NDUSTRAL PARK 1.1 Applcablty Ths sgn program shall apply to Buldngs and as shown on the attached map also known as the McGrath Busness ndustral Park (Exhbt 1-1). 1.2 Purpose and ntent The purpose ofths Planned Sgn Program s to provde for adequate and attractve dentfcaton ofbuldngs an busnesses by ensurng proper desgn locaton and mantenance ofall sgns and graphcs wthn McGrath Busness ndustral Park. 1.3 Mantenance AH sgns wthn the McGrath Busness ndustral Park shall be mantaned n good condton. Property management shall be responsble for makng perodc nspectons to ensure that all sgns meet ths provson. Any defcences shall be corrected mmedately by the person or busness responsble for sad sgn or sgns. 1.4 Approyal AH new sgns shall have the wrtten approval by the property owner and/or property manager pror to submttal to the Cty ofoxnard. 1.5 SubmUal Requrements Submttal requrements as specfed n the plannng applcaton materals. 1.6 Complance Requred No person shall erect enlarge alter move mprove remove convert or equp any sgn or sgn structure or cause or permt the same to be done contrary to or n volaton ofthe provsons of ths sgn program or the governng sgn codeo Conformance wll be strctly enforced by the property management company and the Cty ofoxnard. All such nonconformng or unapproved sgn(s) must be brought nto conformance at the expense ofthe persons responsble for the nstallaton ofsad sgn(s). 1.7 General Sgn Standards The followng table provdes a summary ofthe general sgn standards:

Both llumnated and non-llumnated sgns shall be permtted. 1.8 Specfc Desgn Standards The followng table provdes a surnmary ofthe specfc desgn standards: Monument Sgn Tenant Wall Sgns (Prmary) Tenant Wall Sgn (Secondary) Double faced sgn - 7 feet n heght and up to 32 square feet n sgn area per sgn face. Letter sty1e and font shall be consstent wth standards n Secton 1.7 (Letter style). Exstng locaton at the northwest comer ofrose Avenue and Lockwood Street. The permtted sgn area for a prmary wall sgn shall not exceed two (2) square feet ofsgn area for each lneal foot ofbuldng not to exceed the letter szes n Secton 1.7. Prmarywall sgns shall be placed aboye the door ofeach unít space and/or centered across the lneal frontage ofeach ndvdual unít. A second wall sgn may be allowed on a secondary elevaton for tenants whch have a second buldng frontage. The permtted sgn area for a secondary wall sgn shall not exceed one-half(1/2) square foot ofsgn area for each lneal foot of buldng not to exceed the letter szes n Secton 1.7.
