For any new application, it is recommene to increase fee rate graually, checking the cutting quality as you go. If acceptable, continue to increase the fee rate to recommene values. Please note, the larger the chip-per-tip (high fee rate), the tool life will be increase. How to use the fee rate charts. Each chart relates to a particular tool family for use with a ifferent type of woo or material. Each line relates to the cutting iameter of the tool. If you cannot fin the eact iameter you require, please approimate the value within the eisting lines. Chart values are base on a rotation spee of 18, PM. Changing the rotation spee will influence the fee rate proportionally. For eample, if the tool rotates at 12, PM you will nee to ecrease the fee rate by 12,/18,.
