You will get so much more from your class if you take the time to review the pattern or information and make some fabric, thread and design decisions ahead of time. Please arrive at least ten minutes before class time so that you are settled and prepared before starting time and ensured of getting your full time in class. This is a monthly demo format class introducing two new blocks each month. Set in a modern Irish Chain format, there are six appliqué blocks, twelve pieced technique blocks, and seventeen alternate blocks making the finished quilt about 84 x 108. Kit purchase required. This new beginner appliqué project is perfect for experimenting with your decorative stitches and receiving in-depth instruction, no matter which machine you own. Learn the correct way to trace, prepare your fabrics, fuse, and stitch any appliqué. This class is open to everyone, all brands, any embroidery machine. Learn all the basics of hooping, thread choices, loading the designs, manipulating the sizes, which stabilizers and needles to use.

Study all the basics from rotary cutting, scant ¼ seams, half square triangles, rail fences, nine patches to borders, binding and quilting.
