Our corporate offices have made the move across the river and across the state line relocating from Council Bluffs Iowa to scenic Omaha Nebraska. All of our corporation s accounting, sales, and marketing functions are housed in our head office and we look forward to servicing your needs from our new location. Feel free to stop in if you are in the Omaha area, we would love to see you. Our manufacturing facilities are also on the move. We are relocating our Englewood, Colorado manufacturing facilities to San Bernardino California. We expect the move to be completed on or about June 13th We will miss the Rocky Mountain state, but we are looking forward to servicing you from the great state of California. The following pages contain a number innovative products that you can add to your product line. Expanding your product line will enable your customers to market a wide range of products to the players which will result in greater sales and stronger bingos. When you re speaking to your Sales Representative ask them to also go over our existing products for features that currently may be underutilized. There are a number of capabilities within our products that could be used to generate new in hall revenue such as the advertising feature on our PowerPlay line of bingo consoles. Along with some of our new and exiting ideas and game styles, we are always looking for the next new concept. We find that both our distributors and hall operators are a great source of game ideas as they know what the bingo players would like to see. Tim Stuart President and CEO VIPICK EMS : ELECTRONIC U-PICK-EM S Everyone knows about paper U-Pick-Em s but have you ever heard of electronic U- Pick-em s? VIPick Ems is an electronic version of a U- Pick ticket that is integrated into your EPIC Point of Sale system. This game is a great addition to any bingo hall s program either as a standalone game or as a bonus feature played in conjunction with a regular bingo game. What is really exciting about VIPick Ems is that U-Picks are no longer just available to the paper players. Integrated with Player Tracking, numbers are selected by the players and stored on the POS for future use. These cards can then be; printed on paper, loaded into the Lil' Champ and SuperChamp handsets, or loaded onto the PowerTouch terminals. Gone are the days of lockboxes, digging through stacks of carbon copy slips and manually verifying card faces. The VIPick'Ems system has the capability of verifying the cards through our PC based Bingo Consoles. This gives the hall complete control on the verification of winning cards and the awarding of prizes. Verification is faster and easier and the players can rest assured knowing that the card was verified in the same manner as any other bingo card is verified. On the monitors! The VIPick'Ems product allows for a full audit of each U-Pick game as every card face sold is recorded electronically for subsequent review. This game is available today depending on your jurisdiction and regulatory restrictions, contact your Sales Representative for complete details. The addition of VIPICK EMS into our game schedule has resulted in an average player spend increase of $3.19 / session. A hall operator

Video King has taken the old line bingo game that uses the down rows of a flashboard to determine the winner and created a multimedia bingo experience unlike anything else in the market place. This game is exclusively available to Video King customers and this exclusivity means that there isn t a competitor out there with anything quite like HorsePower Racing. The game interfaces with any of our PC based bingo machines, a Side-Kick computer is added on to drive the graphics for the race. When the bingo balls are called, the race starts and as each ball call is placed into the rails the horse associated with the particular down column is advanced one position. This continues until the required number of horses have crossed the finish line. Each race can be configured to have 1, 2, 3, 4 or even 5 finishers. HorsePower Racing has a distinctive play style and is accompanied by both themed bingo paper and pull tabs. Exacta match the first two finishers in exact order for a larger prize. Tri-Fecta. match the first three finishers in exact order for an even larger prize. Each of these games have unique ticket or card counts that allow the games to be played in all sizes of bingo halls from the large commercial facilities right down to small charitable halls. HorsePower Racing can be played on paper, pull tabs and shortly will be available on Video King s electronics. HorsePower Racing has been approved by most regulatory bodies as the cards are designed as 24 number cards and the game is dependant on matching a predefined pattern. Be sure to check with your sales representative that it is approved in your jurisdiction. The game has been designed such that a variety of flavors will be available in addition to horse racing. Unfortunately we have been experiencing a higher than normal quantity of shipping damages. We are looking at new packing material and new freight lines to limit these issues on a go forward basis and appreciate your patience throughout this process. We recommend that you stock a 7000 Bingo Console service kit. The 7000 Bingo Consoles have enjoyed a long life span but are becoming a bit long in the tooth. To help prolong the lifespan of these units the following products should be kept on hand for servicing existing customers; Transmitter Board (# s) Switch Rails (#1012s012). Please note that the A style flashboard printed circuit boards can NO longer be repaired by Video King as we can no longer source components. The A style flashboard uses 3-pin connectors rather than the RJ11, or telephone jack you see in today s models. MONTHLY TECHNICAL BYTES Monthly Technical Q/A: Q. The performance of my PowerPlay desk has been decreasing over time. What can I do to get my system running the way it used to? A: Performing an archive on your PowerPlay bingo desk will help to keep your desk running optimally. To run the Archive utility, go to the red screen, press the Utilities button and then press the Archive button. Once it has completed you should see an immediate improvement in performance. Please remember you can always contact our 24/7 help desk at NEW POLICIES AND REQUESTS Shipping Request When shipping products back to Video King, please ensure that individual boxes or packages do not exceed 60 lbs. We have recently been receiving packages of up to 100 lbs. These overweight packages can in turn lead to damage of the products within them. Warranty and RMA (Return to Manufacturer Authorization) Any item not under warranty that is returned for credit must be returned within 90 days in order for credit to be provided. When an RMA is issued, the product must be returned within 30 days to avoid a 20% restocking fee. When requesting an RMA for warranty repairs please provide the Serial Number of the Bingo Console to ensure the proper credit is applied to your account. We review credits and RMA s on a continual basis to ensure proper credits are issued and strive to make improvements whenever required.
