3 Instructions for Using the Lead Sheet 1. Listen to Noah s call access code # Ref. # Print out your weekly plan sheet and block off approximately 4-8 hours of booking time each week or as much time as you have available to put into your business. But it needs to be CONSISTENT like every Sunday from 7pm- 9pm, etc. You may need less time as you get used to the system and become more familiar with the scripts and overcoming objections. 3. Gather ALL of your leads. 4. Fill in the sheet accordingly on side A with the first 25 leads. The space below their name is for notes such as, offered $15 gift certificate, etc. 5. Fill in the sheet accordingly on side B with the next 25 leads. The space below their name is for notes such as, offered $15 gift certificate, etc. 6. You will contact each lead FOUR times (see scripts below for calling and texting). You will write the date you called or texted in the columns to the far right of the page. 7. Names will ONLY come off the list if (1) they booked a party with you (2) you ve contacted them FOUR times with no response or (3) they flat out said, NO! 8. Once a name is removed, you replace it with a new name. Once a name comes off, you must replace it with a new name. This will keep you working consistently in your business so you always have new leads to add J

4 SCRIPTS Facial Box/Fishbowl Lead TEXT #1 Hi! This is with Mary Kay J You filled out an entry at and I m texting to say congratulations! You were drawn as one of the winners ;- ). Can you text me back so that I know I have the right person?! IF THEY ANSWER THE TEXT: Great! Do you have a quick minute so I can give you the details? Once they say yes: Then say Great is now a good time? It s easier for me to fill you in over the phone rather than text! J Then proceed to Call #1 Call #1 Hi! Congratulations! I m so excited to fill you in on the details of your pampering and free money to spend! So have you ever tried Mary Kay before? (they will say yes or no.) If yes, find out if they have a consultant and if they do refer them back to their consultant, if no, proceed) Ok let me fill you in on the details. You won a totally free pampering session courtesy of Mary Kay with a $25 gift certificate to use! So basically, what we do is we get together and you get a customized skin care session, hand and lip treatment and a basic mineral makeover. Also, the other amazing part is the pampering is completely free for you and up to 5 of your girlfriends to share in! Now we can do this one of two ways, I can come to you on your schedule or you can come to me on a Monday night or Saturday morning, which do you prefer? (If she wants a Holiday Inn event give her the info for the very next event. When she says she would prefer you to go to her proceed with this ) Okay great! So I hold appointments on (insert days you do parties here EXAMPLE: Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays). Do any of those seem to work best for you? Okay, how about I pencil you in for (date) and you can check with your friends and let me know. If it doesn t look good for everyone, we can reschedule it, totally not a problem! Okay so lets say (date) at (time) and I will shoot you a text in a few days to see if that date and time look okay. NOTE: give her two times EXAMPLE: If a Saturday you can say 11am or 2pm, if a weeknight 6:30pm or 7pm but always give two time options. Proceed to get her address and parking information *********NOTE- If she asks about hostess credit see script at end of guest list script.***********

This list consists of whoever you want to invite along with their names and numbers. A few days before your appointment I call your guests to ask them 4 or 5 quick questions about their skin. I will get to your house about 15 mins early, so the reason I need the questions answered, is so that I can have everything set up for each of your guests based on their skins needs prior to their arrival. Just so you know, I don t call the guests until you tell me who is actually coming. So, when you give me the list it only needs to be of the people you want to invite. Then once you know who is actually coming, you will let me know, and I will call only those people. Do you think you could get me the guest list by? (Pick approx. 48 hrs after booking appt) Great! I will (text or call, whichever they prefer) you at (date/time) to get the list from you. Sound good? Great! Also, once I get that information from you on (date) I will bring you an extra special gift when we meet J BE EXCITED and ENTHUSIASTIC with your voice! *****Okay, if she should ask what she gets for having friends, instead of her gift certificate you can choose any of the following to promote, do not name them all and let her choose, a confused mind does nothing. J Then proceed to Call #1 IF THEY DON T ANSWER THE TEXT: Wait until the next day and call them.
