1 Just the FAQ - BK Bingo Frequently Asked Questions 1. What is a Bedroom Kandi Bingo Party? It's a 2 hour event which can be held on a weeknight so as not to interfere with your regularly scheduled BK home parties. Key Pointer: Bingo parties are a great way to host multiple parties at one time in one venue. Offer your past hostesses an opportunity to book a table at the Bingo party; if any of their invited guests make a purchase, the sales count towards the $250minimum needed to earn Hostess rewards. 2. What happens when the players arrive at the venue? After each player pays for the games, they are given: v A sheet of paper with the BK Bingo Party rules; v A BK Bingo Party Program (the program is a list of the games to be played, the color of the Bingo card for each game and the prizes to be won); v Bingo Pattern Sheet (optional); v Bingo daubers. 3. How do you play BK Bingo? First, you do a fun little demo describing the product right before the Game where they can WIN that item as a prize. Then you call the bingo numbers and the players use the dauber to cover the number if they have it on their card. Key Pointer: It s important to start on time and to stay on schedule. Party Option 1: Each Player must purchase a 4- pack of Bingo Cards for the PAY GAMES for $10 and if they buy TWO 4- packs for PAY GAMES for $20, they get an extra Bingo Card for FREE GAMES! Each player is also given a 4- pack of Bingo Cards for the FREE GAMES. Players that make a purchase or who brought a guest to the party, gets a free card for the BONUS GAME. 2 3. How do you play BK Bingo continued Party Option 2: Each Player purchases 10 Bingo Cards for ($20) and additional Bingo Cards can be purchased for ($5) for Bonus Games. Each player is given a How May I Serve You? survey form with 1 door prize raffle ticket attached. If they complete the survey, their raffle ticket is entered into the drawing. The door prize raffle drawing is done during intermission. Key Pointer: See Sample No. 2 BK Bingo Party Program 4. What to do in a case of a TIE? Use a deck of playing cards. Have each of Players that are tied select a card from the deck; the Player with the highest card is the winner of the BK product. 5. What types of venues work best for a BK Bingo Party? Bars, Restaurants, Community Centers, Banquet Halls Key Pointer: Find a venue that is free or costs no more than $50/hour. 6. How do I market my BK Bingo Party? v Contact past hosts and offer them a Reserved table at the Bingo party as an option for her next Girl Night Out event. The Hostess can earn hostess rewards from the sales at her table. v Play a round of BK Bingo at your BK home parties to create excitement and to get table reservations/bookings for the next Bingo party v Get addresses for all party guests and send them a Mail Chimp /invite v Create an event on Eventbrite and sell the tickets online v Post it on Social Media sites; try to go beyond your circles v Create colorful Flyers that can be distributed to party guests and left at your local hair salon, nail salon or nightclub.

3 Key Pointer: Getting your past hostesses to HOST a table may be challenging but, it gets way more sales in the long run than a lot of individual guests with no hostess. The purpose is to have multiple hosts or "parties" all at the same time. 7. What supplies do I need? v BK products for the prizes v Bingo Cards shop online v Daubers or bingo markers shop online v Bingo Number Generator\Caller use a free phone app or purchase caller cards or bingo ball cage v Large roll of raffle tickets (optional) v BK black bags and tissue paper (optional) v Your BK kit for product demos v Table for displaying prizes Key Pointer: Purchase the prizes from your Party Supplies list (if you don t need/want them for your kit). If you re teaming up with another BKBC, always have the BKBC with the highest purchase discount buy the products by creating a Bingo Party in her dashboard. 8. How do I get more money at the door? v Sell the daubers v Sell extra game cards for the Bonus Games v Offer a Grand Prize and sell raffle tickets v Sell 50/50 cash raffle tickets 9. How do I decide what BK products to choose as the prizes? v Total prize package should have a retail value of $500 v Choose the most popular items in our collection v Have at least one prize that is not a vibrator v Use the products you have on hand, if any 10. What do I do during intermission? v Use this time to take orders and book parties v Offer an incentive for people to book parties v Conduct door prize raffle drawing (if you choose this option) v Sell Grand Prize raffle tickets (if you choose this option)

4 Key Pointer: Offer an incentive for people to purchase products the night of the party such as an extra Bingo card for the Bonus Game or an extra raffle ticket for the door prizes. 11. How can my newbies or teammates help with a BK Bingo Party? It may be more profitable to partner with at least one other experienced BKBC in your area. Together you can both market the Bingo parties to your past and current Hostesses, past and present party guests, followers and friends to get the maximum turn out. A newbie can take orders, work at the door, and sell raffle tickets. 12. Who handles refreshments, drinks etc.? A BK Bingo Party is a BYOE (Bring your own everything) affair. Players/Hostesses should be told to bring their own snacks and beverages unless, of course, you re holding the party at a bar or restaurant. Ask the owner about their policy for outside food and drinks. 6 TOTAL RETAIL VALUE OF TONIGHT S PRIZES: $ Rules: The early bird game is played on any free card. The bonus game is for people who bring someone to Bingo or people who place an order. When they show their purchase receipt, they get an extra free card. When they raise their hand if they brought someone who had not been invited by you, they are given an extra free card. Players can use their extra free card for any free game or the bonus game. - Program Sample No. 1and the rules were contributed by Sheri Dever. SAMPLE NO. 2 - BEDROOM KANDI BINGO PROGRAM & RULES 1. Your entry ticket includes bingo game boards and 1 door prize raffle ticket 2. Additional game boards for Bonus Games are: $5 each NO LIMIT 3. 50/50 Cash Raffle OR Grand Prize Raffle Tickets are: (1) arm length for $10 NO LIMIT 4. Absolutely no sharing of books on any games. Everyone playing must have their own book. 5. Tie Breaker There will be only 1 Bedroom Kandi product winner per game. In case of multiple winners, each winner will draw a card from a deck of playing cards. The person who draws the highest card will be the winner of the BK product. Cards rank from highest to lowest as follows: Ace, King, Queen, Jack, Ten, Nine 6. If a player has BINGO, it s up to YOU to stop play before the next number is called by standing up and shouting, BINGO!!! It s important to know that the bingo must be claimed on the most recent number called. IF THE CALLER ALREADY STARTED ANNOUNCING THE NEXT NUMBER; IT S TOO LATE TO CALL BINGO!!! Likewise, as soon as the Caller states the game is closed, any missed Bingos become invalid.

7 7. There will be a minute break. Additional game boards may be purchased for Bonus Games, 50/50 OR Grand Prize raffle tickets may be purchased, BK products may be ordered and parties may be booked with a hosting BKBC.
