2 Technique class start by cutting the following. Cut all 8" x 8" Color Magic Papers in half to 4" x 8". Cut star die cut paper to 4" x 8". Cut vellum to 4" x 8" (10 cm x 20 cm.) Cut watercolor Pink Paislee paper to 4" x 8".

3 Technique class Cut folder to 8 ½ (21.5 cm) tall; cut off the tab.

4 Technique class Fold each side into the center, just shy of the crease

5 Technique class Unfold flaps, and return to original fold, cut off top corner, measuring 10 cm up from the bottom

6 Technique class Open cover, color magic side up and spray with citron, primrose, blush and coral in big chunky color sections. Blot and blend.

7 Technique class Spray the odd sized frame with Citron Color Shine.

8 Technique class Spray love this tag with Blush and Coral Color Shine, both sides; allow to dry.

9 Mix a small amount of mod podge and white acrylic paint together and edge the hexagon Color Magic paper; set aside to dry.

10 Select the dotty Color Magic paper and turn over to the backside. Lay the circle stencil over the paper, and using the triangle make up sponge, rub a thin layer of the mod podge mix over the stencil in a THIN layer, and circular motion. If desired add a touch of color to the mix to tint.

11 Using the mixture tinted with Primrose Color Shine, add a small amount of stenciling on the bottom of the vellum with the 6" x 6" Doily stencil.

12 Lay Circle Lattice stencil over top of the die cut star paper, and spray a light dusting of Blush Color Shine over the top. Blot stencil and remove.

13 Use the back of the confetti paper, lay the starburst stencil down, and spray over lightly with Citron Color Shine.

14 Position a die cut tag in the center of the burst, and spray with Coral Color Shine. Use the off cut from the start die cut paper as a stencil to add little stars over design by dabbing with make up sponge.

15 Select the back of the Damask Color Magic paper. Using the wish die cut tag, spray over the word multiple time with different colors for a graffiti look. Spray front and back of the wish tag with Color Shine, and allow to dry.

16 Spray Confetti paper with 3 colors in a row, and wipe downward to pull the color across the card.

17 Spray over the card you stenciled with 3 shades of horizontal color. Blot and buff.

18 On the watercolor pink paislee paper, remove the nozzle of the color shine and draw a heart with the straw. Flick some dots onto the paper. Add color splots.

19 Spray a dark color over the mod podged edges paper, and clean resist.

20 Spray the 4" x 6" dot paper using Citron and blush color across the card.

21 Use a paint brush to write or draw using the Color Shine as a water color medium.

22 Adhere vellum behind the citron frame

23 Add Citron Color Shine to the word COLOR.

24 Spray 45 cm of ribbon with Primrose Color Shine.

25 Adhere bottom edges of the pockets for the folder.

26 Punch 2 holes in the love this tag and the Frame, and front of the folder. Tie the frame and tag to the front of the folder with the frame layered on top.

27 Find the Large butterfly, 2 banners, circle butterfly, large heart and starburst from the ephemera package. Spray and blot, as desired. Add stamping from the Pink Paislee Color Wash stamps. Attached stenciled vellum over dotted paper and slide the large color magic heart between. Adhere banner over the top.

28 Attach butterfly and WISH tag with a vellum scrap over the graffiti tag.
