Nearly all edges of panels, cards and die cuts are inked with black to add dimension. You may choose to include this step or skip it to save time. Set A: 4-1/2x5-1/4 Red Cards and Kraft Panels Card #1 Red Card with Kraft Panel 2x2.25 Yellow Die Cut Panel: Merry Christmas 1. Stamp the UM stars image randomly onto the Kraft panel with black ink. Layer onto the left gate fold of the Red card. 2. Attach the Yellow die cut to the upper left gate fold. Be careful not to apply adhesive to the entire die cut, or the card will not open freely. Card #2 Red Card with Kraft Panels 3.5x5 Yellow Die Cut Frame 3x4.5 Red Die Cut Frame 1.5x2.5 Red Die Cut Panel: Christmas Tree 1. Attach both Kraft panels to the gate folds of the Red card. 2. Adhere the Yellow die cut frame to the left gate fold only. Layer the Red die cut frame on top of the Yellow frame at a slight angle. 3. Attach the Red die cut panel to the edge of the right gate fold at an angle, being sure that the card is able to open and close easily.

3 Club Scrap Special Edition A Very Groovy Christmas Page 3 of 9 Card #3 Red Card with Kraft Panels 3x4.5 Yellow Die Cut Frame 2.75x4.25 Red Die Cut Frame: Ho, Ho, Ho 1.5x2.75 Yellow Die Cut Tag: Season s Greetings Red Grosgrain Ribbon Stapler 1. Adhere the Kraft panels onto each gate fold of the Red card. 2. Layer the Yellow die cut frame on top of the Red die cut frame. Attach the pair of die cuts at an angle onto the left gate fold. Be careful when applying adhesive. 3. Staple a short length of red grosgrain ribbon to the top of the Yellow tag. Attach the tag at an angle to the right gate fold. Card #4 Red Card with Kraft Panel Light Green Panel (from Set B) 1.75x2.75 Yellow Die Cut Panel All Roads Lead Home : Christmas Tree Brown Scrap 1/8 and 1/4 Hole Punches Scissors or 1. Stamp the Christmas tree image onto the bottom of a vertical Kraft panel. Punch the large and small circles on top of each tree with the corresponding punch. 2. Stamp the same Christmas tree image onto the Light Green Panel with black ink. Cut out each tree inside the lines with a scissors or craft knife; attach the cutouts to the corresponding trees on the Kraft panel. Layer the panel onto the left gate fold of the Red card. 3. Stamp the Christmas tree image onto a scrap of brown paper. (We used Academy Brown.) Cut the trunk of each tree and attach to the trees on the Kraft panel. 4. Adhere the Yellow die cut panel onto the upper half of the right gate fold.

Stamp the UM circle border onto the long edge of a Kraft panel with black ink. Attach the panel to the inside of the left gate fold of the Red card. The border image should extend beyond the edges of the gate fold. 2. Stamp the UM Love, Peace, Joy, Hope image onto the right edge of a 2x3 Light Green panel with black ink. Stamp a portion of the circle border on the left edge. Attach the panel to the left side of the gate fold card. 3. Accent the circle border images with olive green hand drawn circles. Set B: 4-1/2x6-1/4 Dark Green Cards with Light Green Panels Card #1 Dark Green Card with Light Green Panels 4x5.75 Red Die Cut Frame: Happy Holidays 2.5x4 Yellow Die Cut Frame: Tis the Season 1. Adhere the Light Green panels to each side of the gate fold on the Dark Green card. 2. Apply adhesive to the left half of the Red die cut frame and center onto the left gate fold. 3. Add adhesive to the right half of the Yellow die cut frame, and center onto the right side of the gate fold so that the card will open and close properly.

5 Club Scrap Special Edition A Very Groovy Christmas Page 5 of 9 Card #2 Dark Green Card with Light Green Panel 3.75x5 Red Die Cut Frame 1. Apply adhesive to the left half of the Red die cut frame. Attach to the left side of the Dark Green gate fold. 2. Stamp the UM circle border image randomly onto the Light Green panel. Layer onto the left gate fold, on top of the Red frame. 3. Stamp the UM love, peace, joy, hope image onto the right gate fold with black ink, keeping the image within the opening of the Red frame. Card #3 Dark Green Card with Light Green Panel 1.75x2.75 Red Die Cut Panel: All Roads Lead Home 2x8 CS Grid Ruler 1. Stamp the large UM star in circle image onto upper center of the Light Green panel. 2. Place the grid ruler vertically onto the panel, 1.25 from the left edge. Use a craft knife to cut a straight line from the top to the bottom of the panel, without cutting the stamped image. 3. Cut around the right edge of the image with the craft knife. Cut the areas within the circle on the left side of the star, as shown. Layer the panel onto the left gate fold. 4. Attach the Red die cut panel to the lower half of the left gate fold. 5. Stamp the UM stars image randomly onto the right gate fold of the Dark Green card.

Trim one Light Green panel horizontally at Trim the remaining Light Green panel horizontally at Stamp the UM Merry Christmas onto the horizontal 2.5x3 Light Green panel with black ink. Stamp the UM stars image randomly onto the 2x2.5, 2x3, and 2x3.5 panels, as shown. 4. Fill in the area between the stars and the outlines with the red marker. 5. Attach the 2x3 Light Green panel to the upper left gate fold, the 2x2.5 panel to the center right gate fold, and the 2x3.5 lower left gate fold. Be sure that the panels do not overlap so that the card opens and closes easily. Card #5 Dark Green Card with Light Green Panel 2x3.25 Red Die Cut Panel: Merry Christmas.5x4.25 Yellow Die Cut Panel: Have a Very Groovy Christmas 1/8 and 1/4" Hole Punches 2x8 CS Grid Ruler Scissors 1. Stamp the UM Christmas Tree onto the lower portion of the Light Green panel with black ink. Punch a circle into the top of each tree, using the corresponding punch. 2. Place the grid ruler vertically along the edge of the panel, about 1.5 from the left edge. Cut from top to bottom with a craft knife, keeping the image intact. Cut around the remaining edge of the tree. 3. Attach the panel to the left gate fold of the Dark Green card. 4. Trim the Yellow die cut panel into four word sections at random angles. Attach to the upper half of the Light Green panel. 5. Trim the Red Die Cut Panel into a square, ink edges, and layer onto the lower corner of the right gate fold.

7 Club Scrap Special Edition A Very Groovy Christmas Page 7 of 9 Set C: 3-1/2x8-1/2 Yellow Cards with Red Panels Card #1 Light Green Panel Yellow Die Cut Tag: Fa la la la la Red Grosgrain Ribbon Stapler 1. Stamp the UM stars image randomly onto a vertical Red panel with black ink. Attach the panel onto the card. 2. Center the Light Green panel onto the upper center of the card. 3. Staple a short length of red grosgrain ribbon to the top of the Yellow tag. Attach the tag to the top center of the Light Green panel. Card #2 2.75x4.25 Yellow Die Cut Frame: Ho, Ho, Ho 1.5x2.75 Red Die Cut Tag: Deck the Halls 1. Adhere the Yellow die cut frame to the left side of the horizontal Red panel. Trim the top edge to fit. 2. Nest the Red die cut tag within the Yellow frame; trim the top edge to fit. 3. Stamp Happy Holidays onto the upper right corner of the Red panel with black ink. Layer the panel onto the card.

8 Club Scrap Special Edition A Very Groovy Christmas Page 8 of 9 Card #3 2.5x4 Red Die Cut Frame: Tis the Season 1/8 and 1/4" Hole Punches 1. Stamp the UM Christmas tree onto the upper half of the vertical Red panel. Punch out the holes at the top of each tree with their corresponding punches. Remove the center of each tree with the craft knife. Layer the panel onto the card. 2. Ink the inside and outside edges of the Red die cut frame. Layer onto the panel to frame the trees. Card #4.5x4.5 Red Die Cut Panel: Have a Very Groovy Christmas 1. Stamp the UM Christmas tree image onto a piece of copy paper. Trim the image carefully to create a mask. 2. Stamp the tree image onto the left side of the horizontal Yellow card. Mask the image, and stamp again next to the original pair of trees, being sure to overlap. Repeatedly mask and stamp a complete row of trees with black ink. 3. Stamp the UM Have a Very Groovy Christmas inside the first large tree on the left side of the card with black ink. 4. Attach the Red die cut panel onto the right side of the card. 5. Trim.25 from the bottom edge of the front side of the Yellow card. 6. Adhere the Red panel to the inside of the Yellow card, allowing the Red panel to be revealed when the card is closed.

Stamp the UM Happy Holidays image onto the lower right corner of the horizontal Yellow card with black ink. 2. Tear a portion of the long edge from the Red panel. Ink edges and attach to the Yellow card, above the Happy Holidays. 3. Stamp the UM Star and Circle image onto the Green panel with black ink. Cut out the inside of the star. Tear off the bottom portion of the panel and attach to the left side of the card, as shown.
