Before making crease, check to make sure that all edges are aligned. The edges of most finished cards, panels and die cuts have been colored with black or brown ink. This step is optional, and the directions to ink edges are not included below. For a softer look, ink with a sponge or stylus tool with blender tip. For a bolder effect, ink directly from the pad onto the card. If you do not have the item needed to complete the card as it is shown, simply eliminate the step, or modify it to use the items that you have in your stash.

Stamp the UM pillar image onto the Taupe Panel with Earth ink. 2. Tie a length of sheer ribbon around the panel. 3. Distress the edges of the Light Blue cutout and attach to the panel with copper brads. 4. Layer the panel onto the card. Card #2 Light Blue Cutout: Small Card Big Thanks. Blue Ribbon 1. Form a loop with the blue ribbon and secure to the Taupe panel with the cutout. 2. Attach the panel to the card. 3. Enjoy the simplicity!

3 September 2008 Cyprus Page 3 of 8 Card #3 WM Celebrate Everything Stamp Paper for Masking Black Pen Black and Stylus Tool with Blender Tip 1. Stamp the UM image onto the left edge of the Taupe panel with black ink. Stamp Celebrate Everything onto the lower right corner. 2. Tear the edge of a masking paper and place next to the stamped buildings. Apply Earth ink to the edge of the mask with the stylus tool. Repeat for the other edge. 3. Use a ruler and black pen to draw irregular lines above and below the stamped greeting. Card #4 White Die Cut: Happy Birthday Blue Ribbon 1. Stamp the UM Never Hurry quote onto the upper left corner of the Taupe panel with Earth ink. 2. Wrap a length of blue ribbon around the panel and attach ends with tape. 3. Adhere the die cut below the ribbon and attach the panel to the card. Card #5 Light Blue Cutout: The Secret of Happiness White Sheer Ribbon (3) White Miniature Brads

4 September 2008 Cyprus Page 4 of 8 1. Trim the Taupe panel vertically at 1-3/4. Place the 1-1/8 portion of the panel horizontally along the bottom edge of the card. (If desired, stamp a greeting onto the remaining portion of the panel and attach on the second flap of the tri-fold.) 2. Attach three brads onto the right edge of the panel. 3. Distress the edge of the cutout and attach. Tie the ribbon into a bow and attach to the lower right corner of the cutout. Set B: 4 x 6 Taupe Cards with 3-3/4 x 5-3/4 Light Blue Panels Card #1 Taupe Cutout: Thank You WM Frame Stamp 1. Stamp the WM frame image onto the center of the Light Blue panel. If the image isn t perfectly centered, simply trim the edges of the panel. 2. Adhere the Taupe cutout to the lower right corner of the panel and attach the panel to the card. Card #2 Taupe Cutout: Congratulations Paper for Masking Earth and 1. Stamp the UM statue image onto the upper left corner of the Light Blue panel with black ink. Stamp again onto scratch paper or Post-It to create a mask. 2. Cover the stamped statue with the mask, and apply ink around the perimeter to create faux dimension. 3. Stamp assorted UM images onto the panel with Earth ink. 4. Attach the Taupe cutout to the panel, and layer the panel onto the card.

5 September 2008 Cyprus Page 5 of 8 Card #3 Taupe Cutout: Love You! Blue Ribbon Craft Knife and Cutting Mat Black and Black Pen and Ruler 1. Stamp the UM image into the lower right corner of the Light Blue panel with Earth ink. Mask the corner and apply a soft glow of black ink to the edge of the card. Stamp beautiful into the upper left corner with Earth ink. 2. Cut a narrow slit at the top and bottom edge of the Taupe cutout with a craft knife and cutting mat. Slide the blue ribbon into the slots and attach to the panel; secure ribbons ends at the back with tape. 3. Draw irregular lines along the left edge of the panel with a black pen and ruler. Attach the panel to the card. Card #4 White Die Cut: We All Take Different Paths Taupe Cutout: Good Luck (2) Copper Brads 1. Stamp the UM Greek key pattern onto the top and bottom of the Light Blue panel with black ink. 2. Attach the Taupe cutout to the lower right corner of the panel. Adhere the White die cut to the panel and set a brad into the holes on the left and right sides. 3. Layer the panel onto the card.

6 September 2008 Cyprus Page 6 of 8 Card #5 Taupe Cutout: Happy Anniversary WM Frame Stamp Craft Knife, Ruler and Cutting Mat 1. Stamp the WM frame image in the center of the Light Blue panel with black ink. Cut the center image from the frame with a ruler and craft knife. 2. Temporarily place the frame onto the Taupe card and mark the location of the frame opening with a pencil. Stamp the UM image onto the Taupe card with Earth ink within the left side of the marked window opening. 3. Attach the Light Blue panel to the card. Layer the Taupe cutout onto the upper right side of the card. Set C: 5 x 7 Light Blue Card with 1-3/4 x 7 White Panels and 1-1/2 x 7 Dark Blue Panels Card #1 Light Blue Card with White and Dark Blue Panels Taupe Cutout: Get Well Soon 1. Nest the White and Dark Blue panels and layer onto the lower portion of the card. Attach the Taupe cutout as shown. 2. Stamp three UM jar images onto the upper half of the card with Earth ink. Stamp the center jar first and then one on either side for best results.

Stamp the UM What a Day! image onto the lower left corner of the card with black ink. 2. Attach the Dark Blue panel to the White panel. Wrap the White die cut around the panel strips; layer the panels onto the card. Card #3 Light Blue Card with White and Dark Blue Panels Taupe Cutout: Happy Anniversary WM Stamp: A Day to Remember Paper Distressing Tool 1. Stamp the WM quote onto the lower portion of the White panel; attach the panel to the card. Layer the Dark Blue panel directly next to the White panel. 2. Distress the edges of the Taupe die cut and attach to the upper right corner of the card.

8 September 2008 Cyprus Page 8 of 8 Card #4 Card #5 Light Blue Card with White and Dark Blue Panels White Die Cut: Thank You Sheer Ribbon Black Pen and Ruler 1. Center the White die cut onto the Dark Blue panel. Attach the White and Dark Blue panels onto the card, overlapping the panels slightly. 2. Attach a length of sheer ribbon over the seam of the two panels. 3. Draw several sets of irregular lines with a black pen and ruler. Light Blue Card Taupe Cutout: The Secret of Happiness Masking Paper 1. Stamp the UM Greek key pattern onto the Light Blue card with black ink. (The image is not long enough to make one continuous border. Hide any imperfections in alignment behind the cutout.) 2. Mask the edge of the stamped image and apply ink to create dimension. 3. Attach the Taupe cutout to the card.
