Because f this year is the 100 the anniversary f ur independence we think in cllabratin municipality t build a wireless netwrk and infrmatin pint inside the histrical centre. he aim f the prject is t imprve the C and this imprvement will help the peple t be infrm n real time, he prject will be in accrdance with strategy f develping necessity infrastructure fr turism in municipality f Vlre. b. Why this prject. Because f up t nw we have nly the municipality webpage that gives sme infrmatin and it is nt full. he price f internet is high and nt all peple can use that. Will be easy t plan a visit in Vlre if yu have infrmatin fr places that yu can visit during a stay n this city c. Hw the prject will help peple in much way let list sme f them hey will use the internet cheap hey will get n this all events calendar heatre, cncerts, mvie meetings etc. Weather frecast, exchange rate, htels, and buses. 5 ct 3.5: Mnitring and valuating Descriptin: Mnitring and evaluating prcess (aimed at measuring cnnectin quality, number f users, etc..) at different stages f the prject implementatin. ll PP: final reprt with mnitring f the achievements MG F F W - F SVC VL Duratin: 1st vember 2013 t 1st December 2013 (1 Mnth) Fr the mnitring f the W - F service in Vlra were used the questinnaires. ach questinnaire cnsisted f 11 questins that were fcused n the use f this service by the citizens and the quality f the service ffered. Were interviewed a ttal f 40 individuals frm which 27 were aware f the W-F service ffered (Figure 1). Frm them, nly 14 have used this service, mainly frm mbile devices and tablets, r rarely frm the laptp (Figure 2). nly 11 f them expressed their satisfactin ver the quality f free W - F service ffer and 3 f them were nt satisfied (Figure 3).
