It faturs vry high typical input impdanc of 11Ω; low input ias currnt of 1p; fast rspons tim of 1ns; vry low powr dissipation of 15µ pr comparator; and singl (5V) or dual (±5V) powr supply opration. Th input voltag rang includs ground, making this comparator idal for singl supply low lvl signal dtction with high sourc impdanc. Th outputs can sourc and sink currnt, allowing application flxiility, and can usd in ithr wirdor connction without pull up rsistor or pushpull configuration. Th D43/D43 can usd in wirdor connctions with othr opn drain circuits such as th D31 and D33 voltag comparators. Th D43/D43 is idal for a grat varity of prcision voltag comparator applications, spcially low lvl signal dtction circuits rquiring low standy powr, yt rtaining high output currnt capaility.
