In additin t serving as a reputable resurce fr users t access NCD infrmatin acrss sectrs, the KAP will cnnect users thrugh an attractive and easily accessible layut featuring seamless usability. T achieve its aim f being a cmmunity driven platfrm, the KAP must garner participatin and supprt frm stakehlders thrugh strategic cmmunicatins activities acrss varied platfrms and channels. It aims t amplify a range f vices frm Gvernments, United Natins Organizatins and Nn-State Actrs (Nn-Gvernmental Organizatins, private sectr entities, philanthrpic fundatins, and academic institutins). Here, we shwcase resurces frm leading NCD actrs frm arund the wrld, cnnecting these t new audiences within and utside f the NCD space. We are prviding a space fr engaging cnversatins with like-minded individuals frm diverse backgrunds. We are cnnecting individuals within the NCD cmmunity, while als bringing new perspectives int the space. Hwever, this is nly the beginning fr the KAP. The GCM/NCD is led by WHO Member States and Participants which include the United Natins funds, prgrams and rganizatins and ther relevant intergvernmental rganizatins; alngside nn-state actrs including nn-gvernmental rganizatins, private sectr entities, philanthrpic fundatins, and academic institutins. As a principal, all unregistered users are unable t suggest resurces fr uplad, cmment n any aspect f the site, cntact ther users, r submit any infrmatin t any f the sectins. They are restricted t read-nly cntent which has been apprved and published by the KAP administratrs.

14 Only GCM Participants are granted access t cntact the administratr with resurces fr cnsideratin. T becme a GCM Participant, these entities have already undergne a strict due diligence and risk assessment/management prcess aligned with WHO plicies including the WHO Framewrk f Engagement with Nn-State Actrs (FENSA). The KAP administratr ultimately decides whether the resurce shuld be published, revised, r rejected. All registered users have t apply t jin individual Cmmunities (frmerly Cmmunities f Practice, r CP) and must prvide a COI. All applicatins fr Cmmunities are assessed by the relevant Cmmunities facilitatr.
