Sew from morning til night. Come back the next day and do it all over again. Participate in classes and demos, or just sew at your own pace. Diana is starting a club, using her markers, inks and artwork, teaching special techniques for making labels, embellish applique and add details to your quilts. Quilting with Brenda - rd Saturday of each month starting September, -noon, $/class Brenda has a quilting club class to help students learn the proper techniques for quilting their projects on their own machine. Starting with the basics, covering thread tension, stitch in the ditch, grids, and walking foottechniques. Progressing to free motion quilting and whole lot more. Appliqué with Aiko - rd Thursday of each month, starting September, - $/ class Aiko is back! She teaches the freezer paper appliqué method like no other. She will be working with s book The Magic Vine, though any pattern you choose will work for class. EQ Intermediate - $ September, EQ Intermediate. October, EQ Beginning November, EQ Beginning. December, Intermediate Sheila takes you step by step through your EQ program, making it easy to design your own quilts. October - Kisses, w/ Jan Steffen, -noon $/class Jan s ongoing class, held on the first Monday morning of each month, teaches you the Square in a Square method as well as a little history of the Civil War Era. It is not to late to join and start your own sampler! October - Witness to Gettysburg, w/ Annette Hubbell $ Please join us for a very special event on Thursday October, :0 pm. Actor and playwright, Annette Hubbbell, will present her performance of Witness to Gettysburg. We know you love history and this is a saga you won t want to miss. Miss Hattie Elizabeth Turner was at the Battle of Gettysburg. Her recounting of that fateful summer, and into the fall, when President Lincoln delivers the Gettysburg Address, is one you won t want to miss. Just what does a small town do when suddenly faced with tens of thousands of dead and dying? Hear stories of women, who by their actions, came to represent the strength, courage and fortitude of the American people. A riveting performance!
