1 June 29, 2004 Le Mars, Iowa The Plymouth County Board of Supervisors met in regular session on June 29, All members were present. All votes following are aye unless otherwise indicated. Minutes of the June 22, 2004 meeting were approved. Motion by Sitzmann, seconded by Philips, to abate taxes presented by the County Treasurer. Motion by Sitzmann, seconded by Greene, to fund the Kingsley Fire Department at $10,000 from the LOST reserves for Fiscal Year Greene-present; Philips-nay; Sitzmann-aye; Vander Hamm-nay; Spies-nay; Motion Denied. Motion by Sitzmann, seconded by Philips, to abate interest due on delinquent taxes on a building on leased land in Akron. Levies for 2003 tax year were presented. Motion by Philips, seconded by Vander Hamm, to sign NRCS contracts on projects LC for $29, and FMC for $69, Motion by Vander Hamm, seconded by Philips, to approve 5 contracts with Rodney & Lynette Hodgson for $71.00, Schupro Properties LLC for $42.50 and $99.50, and Feuerhelm Properties LP for $99.50 and $ Motion by Vander Hamm, seconded by Sitzmann, to approve on application for construction on county road right of way for Feuerhelm Properties in Sec 9/17 Stanton Township. Motion by Vander Hamm, seconded by Philips, to adopt a probation agreement between Plymouth County and Robert Hughes.
