Pam has also appeared on PBS with sewing sewlebrities Nancy Zieman, Martha Pullen, and Marianne and Mary Fons. Her monthly editorial Pam s Travels can be found on where she shares her experiences at various sewing industry events as well as her expert sewing tips. Missy Billingsley Missy has embraced sewing for more than 20 years. She travels the country teaching sewing, serging, embroidery and software with a special focus on heirloom sewing by machine and serger. Missy is a Martha Pullen Licensed Teacher and a Sulky Certified Instructor, and as produced four instructional project DVDs. She s appeared on Martha s Sewing Room and in several magazines, including Sew Beautiful, Creative Expressions, Creative Machine Embroidery, Quilting, and Classic Sewing. 4 Spring 2017 Class Schedule Embroidering Attention all Embroiderers! Spend the day with Diane and sew your own Anita Gooddesign projects. Starting with the Les Fleur project by Anita Gooddesign you will learn the techniques AND finish the project! Once a month we will embroider until the project is done. After that the participants will pick the next project. Students will need to own the embroideries they use. At $20 it s a great deal and a great deal of fun! Embroidery machine required. Beginner Embroidery One Monday, Friday or Saturday a month 10 am - 3 pm Learn all of the basics of sewing in this fun, simple class. Take the stress away from teaching yourself. This 12-hour class starts at the beginning where you will learn about fabrics and thread, how to thread your machine, and basic terminology. By the end of the sessions you will be comfortable at your machine and have a nice pair of pajamas too! Machine and supplies are required. Embroidery machine and CD ($10) required. Beginner Machine Embroidery Searching Premier Windows, Tru3 Do you ever struggle with finding things on your computer, especially embroidery designs? Using Windows Explorer you can look for a key word or words or even a portion of a word. Search embroidery designs based on the number of colors, number of stitches and even the height or width of the design. The trick is knowing what to type into the search bar and how to narrow the search results. This lesson will help you become more familiar with your computer so you can find your embroidery designs quicker and easier than ever before. All Premier software or Tru3 Elite. Why not use your embroidery machine to quilt a section of fabric and turn it into a wine tote? Stitch out three columns of quilting with two designs in each column. Connect each design using templates to get you pretty close. Be amazed as the precise positioning beam can get you to the perfect placement. You will never know it is multiple designs!
