1 Sew-ology Gazette Dear Material Girl, February 2016 One month into the new year already! We are now ready to start answering some of those New Year s Resolutions. Beginner Quilting, Beginner Sewing for Adults, and Beginner Sewing for Tween/Teens start this month! Check out Page 2 for details and dates as we start this new adventure. This month also brings us the SuperBowl and our yearly SuperBolt Event. We are having a two day open sew event for you to work on finishing your first project of 2016 and a great sale. More details will come in a few days in your so keep a look out for it. Valentine s Day falls on the weekend but hang out with us on February 13th to fall in love with sewing, embroidery, and crafting as we create some cute Valentine projects. More details to come in soon. The start of yearly clubs and our first Block of the Month for the year is also this month. Be sure to check out the River Rock/Radiant Reflection quilts on page 7. The store samples are being finalized as I type this. The project is spread over 9 months, is based on 10 squares, and available in two colorways. Sign up early to guarantee your color choice. Limited amounts of each colorway are available. BERNINA Software Inspiration, 10 meetings a year, to explore and become more confident in Version 7 Embroidery Software, starts on the 19th with options for either Friday or Saturday. BERNINA DesignWorks Decoded starts on the 26th, with learning all about the PaintWork tool. Live too far away? Overextended on the weekends? Drop us an and we have an option for you to earn all the lessons for you to do at home and not be left out. In Cameo Club we are going to learn how to use our software and machines to cut fabric for applique so you won t need to trace and hand cut anymore!
