If you do not yet have the Bernina Punch Tool (Foot #45), we will have one available for your use in class. Thursday, Aug. 4 $50 Night Before Christmas Linda Embroidery Class. Join Linda for a day of preparation and embroidery on the Night Before Christmas Tiling Scene wall hanging. You will have plenty of time to embroider all the blocks at home, come back to put the wall hanging together, and hang it or give it for the holidays. Learn to create a shirred fabric using elastic thread in the bobbin of your sewing machine. Marcia will have a girl s garment project selected for you to learn to add this special detail. Embroider the chick on a quilt block, add pin-wheel blocks and you have a sweet Chubby Chicks quilt. Learn where to find and how to use new fonts/alphabet styles in your software. Saturday, August $30 Just for You Pillow Kate Software 7, Embroidery Machine & Sewing Machine Class. Scanning a design into the software will be demonstrated. Create a circle and a letter applique in Software 7. After piecing the pillow top, the applique will be embroidered using your embroidery machine. Complete the construction of the pillow with your sewing machine. 2 session class. Friday & Saturday, Aug. 26 & $60 SEPTEMBER 2016 CLASSES Pumpkin Patch Quilt Throw Cathy Sewing Machine. Your space will feel comfortable and ready for fall when you add this adorable throw quilt sized 70 x 58. It includes paper pieced pumpkins, 6 blocks, and you can choose to quilt it in the embroidery hoop with continuous embroidery quilting designs. 3 classes. Thursday, Sept. 1, 15 & $80 Embroidery with Mylar on a Sweatshirt Kate Software 7 & Embroidery Machine Class. First, use Software 7 to add lettering to the design; then, learn how to stabilize, hoop, and embroider on a sweatshirt. Mylar will give the effect of metallic threads and make embroidery easy.
